This pharmacy is ran by the most incompetent people I have ever seen. So bad that I had to write a review which I never do. Every dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. Everything they did was wrong and took way longer than it should have been. This has happened numerous times. Save yourself time, energy and a headache and go somewhere else.

The staff is lazy and incompetent. I just had foot surgery and they had the drive thru closed supposedly due to short staff but once inside they had 5 employees behind the counter playing on their phones, I had to walk across a frozen parking lot and fell. This is place is horrible.

Walgreens sucks to begin with but the attitude of the staff here is the worst and I've shopped Walgreens coast to coast. This place needs to be reinvented with new staff.

I haven't been to this Walgreens pharmacy since the first few times I went to them when they first opened. They were so disorganized. I can see they haven't improved by these reviews. I suggest Kinzer's right down the road if you don't want to go all the way to Columbia.

I think Walgreens is trying to convert to a centralized drug outlet. You know, rather than stocking the meds locally. I keep getting texts reminding me that a refill is due, then I receive a text telling me that they are contacting my insurance company, then I get a text saying it's too soon to refill. The next day I get another text saying it should be ready that day. Finally, I have to call them and wait at least 5-7 minutes to be told that the prescription is being shipped in and it'll be ready the next day. How convoluted can this be? I've been thinking about moving my scripts to Walmart which is double the mileage but could be half the headache that Walgreens is. The Walgreens is in Mt. Pleasant TN.

Not sure where the lack of organization and communication stems from with this particular location. I took my blood pressure bottle in for a transfer. The young lady said it would have to be transferred tomorrow since they close at 8pm ( I was fine with that). However, 3 days later, no prescription being filled for my medication. Tried to call to check on status…phone rang and was on hold for 10 minutes before the line disconnected. I am not usually a complainer, but this is ridiculous customer service. It would be different had I not taken my bottle in personally to be transferred and filled. No excuse for not getting this accomplished. I will not be back to this location for pharmacy related needs. I filled with Publix, and 10 minutes later… surprise… ready for pick up through Publix.

Do Not use this Walgreens! If you take any type of medication that you truly NEED, DO NOT use this store. They will not keep to there word nor will you get what you Need.

Edit: they've gotten better but service is still slowI dropped a prescription off on Tuesday and I gave them my insurance information. I told them I would pick it up Wednesday. Showed up on Wednesday, stood in line waiting for an hour (exactly 54 minutes), was told they did not have my insurance card. I did not have it with me this time because I already gave them the information the day before. I went home and decided to come back the next day. Waited in line for an hour again and decided to use another pharmacy. I had a different pharmacy call Walgreens to transfer the meds. Went to that pharmacy on Thursday and was told one of my meds could not be transferred because I had never had it filled before and it was “controlled”. Went back to Walgreens on Saturday to pick up the med they refused to send to Kroger only to find out that they did not have it. Now, common sense would dictate that if they could not send it to a different pharmacy, the correct response is to NOT take it off the shelf and put it back. So now, 4 days later, I still have to wait even longer for my meds. Walgreens came to Mount Pleasant, bought Rite Aid and the local Fred’s pharmacy and essentially forced everyone in Mount Pleasant to use their pharmacy and for some reason, no one knows how to run a pharmacy or do their job. This is ridiculous. I’ve been without medicine for nerve pain for days because of all of this.

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Everyone is standing around but not working. I hear plenty of gossip but no one wants to help the customer standing at the register. The pharmacy staff is just as bad.

I was trying to help my friend, Irish, get her meds. I was in the drive thru and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I noticed a sign that read "No Pharmacist" from 1:30-2:00. I glanced at the time, 1:14.. lo & behold when it was my turn they had put a sign up and gone to break at 1:24.. So yes I am upset and they only get one ⭐ star...They do have some good deals and nice things to purchase but most of the items are overpriced way overpriced... Nov 2022..
