  Overall First Farmers is a wonderful bank to work with, that being said this branch is the antithesis of that statement. Apparently if you are wearing a t-shirt and have a beard you must not have money and aren't worth spending any time on.Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Columbia to receive professional banking service, where helpful management take the 15 minutes required to see a transaction through and conduct themselves in good form rather than laughing at account holders.

  Branch manager is very rude, I've been a customer with first farmers for years. This is the only one I have problems with. Will not come back to this bank. Will use the other ones.

  First Farmers and Merchants has gone down hill in the past few years. Now you can't even get anyone to answer the phone at the local branch. Not even a press 1 for a representative. Such a shame. I've been with them for at least 20 years. And the service really had gone to pot.

  First Farmers and Merchants Bank website (online banking) is horrible. It is hard to login. You can't store your login and password because it will lock you out and then you have will have to call them for them to allow you back in and they are very rude. I have had to call them to get onto online banking so many times for other reasons too. First Farmers' ATMs rarely take checks you want to deposit so then you have to go into the bank and the in bank customer service is horrible too, especially the one in Spring Hill, TN. When I have an extra 3 hours I will switch banks - actually I am going to go to a credit union. I should have done that when I moved here but I didn't know of any in Spring Hill. I would not recommend them on any level.
