Thanks to all the women in the United Community Bank for their kind and curious service they give you from the minute you walk in the bank. I recommend everyone to go to the bank in Mount Pleasant. They're helpful in every way possible for all your needs. They go above and beyond to do for you. I just can't say enough to describe how much I like and appreciate all of them. It was pleasant the only thing I did not like was there was only 1 teller because they where having a meeting and I waited for.10 min because the customer in front of me had business deposits.
I.didnt have to be at work but if I had To be I.would be late

They duplicated my account number and gave 3200 dollars of my money to another account. Then wouldn't take responsibility. I asked for an audit and the manager had never heard that term...Then they allowed me to overdraw 600 dollars when they claim a scanner misread the zeros on the withdrawal slip. Again, They didn't seem to care. I have been with this bank through 3 different buyouts. I plan on closing this account in the near future. I would never put more than 50 bucks in this establishment if you want your money misplaced and stolen. Then guess what, they won't charge you an overdraft fee. Thanks so much!!! Highly dissatisfied long time customer. I recommend you use another bank that won't get bought out 3 times in 3 years. ....

These folks make you feel like someone rather than a number, I tell everyone they rather bank here than anywhere else as for the friendly service and small town atmosphere. Ive never had any issue they couldn't resolve or problem they weren't able catch and master! :)
