My husband & I just moved from Illinois and went in yesterday to open a checking account. We met with Ryan who started out friendly and professional, however, unbeknownst to us we had an apparent “account charge off” at our current bank in Illinois for $97. As soon as Ryan discovered this information he immediately told us he couldn’t help us and handed back our ID’s and proceeded to sit there in silence as he uncomfortably stared at us waiting for us to leave.
Mind you, we immediately called our bank and had this charge off taken care of. However, the way Ryan treated us during that encounter while also not allowing us the opportunity to call and handle the situation so we could proceed with our checking account we still needed showed an extreme lack in customer service training, but also quite frankly it was just embarrassing.
We will absolutely not be returning to this bank.

Best bank I have ever used. No telling how much money I lost with my other bank. Caught fraud in the first 3 days of opening the account. Awesome service and great people working there.

Clean place, and very nice and helpful employees! They get what you need done. They don't have all the currency though. I was looking for $2 bills but they didn't have any which disappointed me. The other Wilson Bank near Publix and Sonic had $2 bills at least. Overall I give this place 5 stars!!

The staff here are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. They have always listened and tried to help. Regardless of this, I have had my struggles, transferring money from other countries had been difficult because they don't have the ability and therefore use another bank to do this. The mobile phone app refuses to install on my new Samsung Galaxy S9+ because my Google account was created in another country.
