I hate to do this, but have no other option. I want to save someone else’s time and money. My whole family has gone here for YEARS. My mom, since she was 17 years old was a patient here and continued to as she had to undergo cancer treatments until unfortunately she passed away. She had nothing but great things to say about this place and the staff and I have to say I did too until here recently. Communication has been awful. I’ve tried getting ahold of someone for weeks about a medication, I’ve been extremely patient with them and everytime I call I get sent strait to voicemail with no call back. Anytime I go in to be seen now I wait an extreme amount of time. I get being behind some days but this isn’t a 25-30 minute delay it’s an hour to an hour and a half delay and it would be nice to know when you have to take an infant with you. There seems to be no urgency anymore for anything. This is unfortunate and I hope they get this under control. Until then I will not recommend this place and my family will
no longer be seeing them after the care I have received.

I've seen Dr. Pare' for 30+ years. He is thorough, upbeat, positive and such a great diagnostician. I trust him implicitly. The support staff has always been professional as well as approachable. They all stay on top of things. You just know they have you covered. HIGHLY recommend this practice.
