They made me drive home to tape my return package shut for a FedEx shipment. Horrible customer service.

Very well stocked and I was able to find my favorite Russell Stovers chocolate covered strawberry marshmallow cream candy.

Not sure how long they'll be in business, especially because of the fantastic hospitality and helping tendencies in the photo department. No wonder the 2 star rating, as the pharma folks were fine, but not the other sections. But I'm confident this would easily get a negative star rating if only Google allowed it.

Went there for a photo pick-up order that was placed via a promo code. Was met by "Abbey" who claimed that she was the Store Manager. Printed my order incorrectly & was extremely rude in getting it corrected, forget apologizing. I requested her to handover or dispose my incorrect photo prints in front of me - she didn't do it and rather kept avoiding working properly. They need to improve on overall customer service. I won't recommend this store.

Went to Labcorp location inside the store. Store staff greeted me, directed me and asked if I had an appointment. This showed the teamwork between both staffs workers together for the patient.

I have tried 3 times to remove my Albuterol from auto refill with no success. I have asked twice at the Walgreens on sam ridley Pkwy Smyrna tenn. was told both times it was removed and still it's refilled. I just got my Albuterol a few days ago and now they have refilled it again. It's an emergency inhaler I do not understand how u would know when to refill it without me requesting it. They au to o refill your prescriptions way too soon and it causes major problems with your refills. Also tired of my insurance sending me letters asking about it like I'm the one trying to get meds when I'm not due them yet. I'm fixing to switch from Walgreens.

By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Vandy called my wife's prescription in one day, and I called all day and they "hadn't gotten it." Fast forward to the next day, my wife calls and they said it'd be ready by 2PM. I show up at 3PM and they say "it'll be ready in an hour." I was told this after waiting in line for 30 minutes while six employees just chatted, literally bought themselves snacks, and sat around while one other person did all the work.I leave and call back at 5:30PM and they say it's still not ready and to give them another hour. I tell them it's unacceptable and I know they close at 8:00PM, so I will not go another day with my wife not having her meds. The pharmacist said they're short-staffed, I told them I KNOW that's not true because of what I witnessed earlier and they were just screwing around. The pharmacist said, "I won't have you talk to me that way - I'll hang up."I respond that their customer service is unacceptable and that it's ridiculous I have been trying for over a day to get my wife's prescriptions. He then hangs up on me.Five minutes later, her prescription is mysteriously ready (I thought they were short-staffed and it would be another hour?). I arrive within 15 minutes and sure enough - it's ready. The pharmacist has an attitude with me and tosses me her prescription, refusing to make eye-contact.AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COST. It's honestly the worst experience I have ever had in any retail situation, let alone trying to get my wife's medications. The only reason why they still exist is because they are in a convenient location by a lot of businesses and apartment complexes.Completely unacceptable and every member of their pharmacy that I have interacted with is lazy, rude, incompetent, and don't deserve their job.

Hate this walgreens they are never nice never go above and beyond and most of the employees and pharmacy techs could just care less about customer service. You can never get through to them on the phone, the cashiers are emotionless and very unfriendly I'm not even sure how these folks keep their jobs it's that bad

Terrible, terrible customer service in the pharmacy nearly every time I go. Today is my last. Switching to any other pharmacy in town. Sometimes I'm on hold on the phone for 20+ minutes before I finally give up and hang up. This afternoon I've been in the drive through line for 45 min and only 3 cars have been helpedLeaving and getting my prescriptions transferred this afternoon despite the hassle to do so! It'll be worth it!

Horrible photo center. I placed an online order for 40 Christmas cards (which usually only take an hour or so) and three days later I sat on hold for 30 minutes only to be told they were “busy” and wouldn’t be able to start on them for two more days. How hard is it to press a button on a machine?I placed my order at another Walgreens and it was ready in under 30 minutes. I will gladly drive farther to not go to this Walgreens location.

One of the worst pharmacy and photo center I have been. We literally waited for an hour to get our prescription picked when I already got the message that it is ready. Photo center is a another nightmare. While I am waiting, the lady is casually standing and editing the passport photo for half an hour. This store needs improvement.

Should give it a minus star, takes 24 hours or more to fill a prescription, needed antibotics for infection that was called in around 1000AM, went by at 4PM and they said they had not recieved it, called the doctor and the sent it again, but said it was sent and recieved at 10:30. Went back just before closeing at 7:00PM and they were "working on it" waited about 30 minutes and when I got the medicine it said "recieved 11:30." Took them 8 hours to fill prescription and no one seemed to care, matter of fact the first time I went by I was told we are backd up filling prescriptions for kids with infections and it will be a while to get to mine. They have permantley closed one drive through lane to incovinence the public. They close early sometimes because the dont' have enough help. Will never go back.

Being a pharmacist or a pharmacy tech is a stressful job, but that's no reason for the pharmacy to sink to high heaven of the pungent smell of freshly-smoked marijuana. This has happened not once, or twice, or even there times - but a handful of instances where I was attempting to pick children's medicines.Normally, who cares, right? Well when it affects productivity, efficiency, timeliness and customer service, Walgreens should. I've waited 30+ minutes on 3+ occasions for 2 simple medicines, after receiving their courtesy calls that pickup was ready, only to have been told each time that "they aren't ready, but should be coming in tomorrow" or "we have 2 of the three, but it'll be a wait."This most recent visit took the cake when I went to pickup medicines. I waited 10 mins in line inside (normal, so fine), was told 2 of the 3 were ready, waited at the counter another 10 mins to be told that they were working on it (remember courtesy calls?), and then told to go sit and wait until they would bring the medicines to me. After sitting for another 15+ mins, I simply left - when there was no line waiting at the pharmacy and the pharmacy tech who was "bringing my medicines" was scrolling on his cell phone for 5 mins.35+ minutes and no medicines, but I did walk away with some marijuana smoke stench clinging to my clothes

Want to wait in line for 45 mins just to pick up a prescription that's already ready and paid for? Then this is the pharmacy for you! Also if you want your prescriptions randomly canceled for no reason this is also a prime location for that. Honestly avoid the headache and go elsewhere. Been trying to pick up my prescription for 4 days. They also close the drive thru so if you are handicapped make sure you bring something to sit in.

Inconsiderate, uncaring, selfish, rude... What else can I say? I got there 12/8/2022 at about 7:50pm to pick up Rx at the drive through. Drive through closed, OK, so go inside and stand in line watching the pharmacist close a register while I wait for the other register to finish with another customer. They finish and I step up at 8:01 and the employee says we closed at 8:00! a. I was in line well before that, so why didn't he tell me he was closing and wouldn't serve me? b. Why didn't the pharmacist check me out at the other register he closed early? Customer service is apparently a foreign concept to these people. Is this how you train your employees to act? They obviously didn't care that there were sick people trying to get needed medicine. They just wanted to leave their job and couldn't take 10 seconds to say "I'm sorry, we're closing" before I got in line, or (heaven forbid)) they stay 2 minutes longer to help a person out.The point is, if they don't care enough to be kind to their customers' face, what's going on behind the scenes when they are filling a Rx? I wouldn't trust them to fill a prescription of any kind. If you have any choice, please take your prescription somewhere else where they care about people. Look at all the negative reviews. Don't give them your business until they clean up their act.
