I had a great experience today. I went to get my blood pressure medicine and was told that it would be an hour or more because they were backed up. With the weather I didn’t have time. I started thinking about back up plans.. go home wait and call and an ambulance if things get worse.I desperately needed it because my blood pressure was rising( My zone has put me in the hospital intensive care) The pharmacist on duty glanced at me and said it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. Wish I got his name it was this afternoon at the Mt Juliet Lebanon road store. It’s people like him that make me continue to use you for my Prescriptions even though it’s no longer in my net work

I can not believe that Walgreens is not just out of my pain medication, but they haven't had a delivery of it for a month!!!! There is no excuse whatsoever! They should of figured out a way to take care of it and why not doing anything for an entire month? So now people like me who suffer from chronic pain are out of luck! This is terrible! They should of contacted me and others and not wait until I had to call them to see if my prescription was ready and only then being told about this!!!! Not happy with Walgreens at all! I would give them a -0 if I could! How can they do this to patients without informing them so they could talk with their doctor and figure out an alternative answer???Shame on the management!

My son has to have his ADHD medication daily. His doctor had authorized prescriptions through November of 2024, but since none of the employees saw the authorization they charged $38 for 3 pills. Now they know they made a mistake but refuse to refund the money. We are moving all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy ?

5 stars to Valarie in the Photo dept. She is wonderful, very helpful, took the time to help me with pictures I was having trouble with. Great customer service.

Used the drive through. I watched the customer in front of me and it looked like she was upset with the lady at the window. When it was my turn I understand why. That person was very rude, left the window after getting paid without giving me my meds and wouldn't return. She wins the POS award for the year.

I had to get a passport photo made today so I stopped by Walgreens. I was greeted by the cashier upfront who asked me if I needed any assistance. She paged Valerie to meet me at photo department. Valerie was very pleasant and very efficient. As I was waiting she took care of a customer who needed to have a poster reprinted. Valerie took the time to listen and offer solutions to that customer who was very appreciated. I commented to Valerie then she was very pleasant and that you don't see that very often these days. She commented that she tries to brighten up everyone's day. Job well done Valerie.

i honestly don’t think this walgreen deserves any stars at all. They have terrible customer service on the pharmacy. I asked just a simple question for someone to call me when if and when my referral prescription arrived and they told me was i can’t help you and or talk to someone else

Went in to get booster shot and the website said I had appointment but I missed a button. There was nobody waiting but they still made me try to redo it. By the time I was able too it wouldn't let me in so I had to make the drive all the way home. I will avoid this store if all possible. Very poor customer service in pharmacy!

I don’t understand why they can’t print you a receipt? I buy items for work that I have to get reimbursed for. I’ll just go somewhere else less complicated.

They have a great team at this particular location.. So everything runs smoothly without a flaw for most of my visits... and overall, for any & all Walgreens, they have my vote over any other pharmacy when it comes to service, products, quality, cleanliness & getting customers in & out in a timely, friendly fashion!
