Poor customer service, interaction was worse than buying a used car. Felt pressured to buy a new phone instead of warrantying my old phone. Rep did not setup my new phone and I ended up paying another phone store to transfer my data. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was in the store June 3rd, and I was helped by a young gentleman named Mumin. He helped my re register to the MyVerizon app because I was having so many issues. Finally, he figured it out. He deserves a raise! Ha
