One of the best automotive experiences I have ever had! I was passing through the area and was having some issues. David and his team took care of it quickly! It's so hard to find Honest Answers and Fair Pricing with Great Customer Service coupled with High Level & Quality Skills. This shop is a Gem. Thank you Usry's for your hard work and help. If you were like me and needed some help after calling 10-12 shops giving you the run around and too high of a price, and feel taken advantage of and not getting the real answer to your problem . Stop here, they will take care of you best they can. I am grateful.

Single woman, truck owner over 40 years for boats, horse trailers, farm work. I’ve been taken advance of a couple times by dealerships and private auto shops, but now I’ve found Usry’s. Mr Usry explained everything that my truck needed, much like another shop that was charging $1000 more. When I picked up my truck, Mr Usry took the time to drive the truck with me in it to listen to the engine and feel the jerking I was concerned with. The truck has not drive this well in a while. I’m very pleased. It’s nice to find good people who use their talents to provide the right service. Usry’s has definitely got my service.

Taking a moment to give Usry’s a positive shout-out. I had a ‘71 Chevelle towed into their shop last week before the inclimate weather in middle TN. They prioritized the work, moved the vehicle inside to avoid rain/snow, and even though it takes up space, they’re letting me ride out the weather before picking it up, prioritizing my safety and the cars health. That’s putting people over profits and it’s commendable in today’s market. THANK YOU Usry’s!!
