They will lose your items. We spent $141.15 to overnight important documents from TN to FL. The package was lost for 3 days and package arrived 4 dats late, missing an important deadline. UPS has refused to refund. Do not use this location. Their incompetence is only matched by their unprofessionalism.

The Mt juliet UPS 6148 store has staff like no other! They make you feel like family. Felicia was especially helpful to me as a new business owner. Navigating the trials of entrepreneurship can be daunting. However, she made shipping my products to my customers effortless and seemless.

This store has a line of no less than 5 people every time I go in there. They really need to hire more people at this location!

Do not have packages shipped here. It will say when ordering something that you can ship to a nearby UPS location but when you come to pick your package up, they want to charge you $5 to take it.When I asked, they said that they are a franchise and that's just what they do. I can't imagine in what world it makes sense to have it as an option when shipping, paying UPS for the shipping, then pay an additional $5 just because this store feels like charging you extra money.

This is the worst location it is always busy no matter what time you go with few employees to accommodate. I drive to Hermitage or Antioch instead of waiting in long lines they always have the right amount of staff helping customers.
