This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in! All the staff are so friendly as well, the housekeeping staff work so hatd and do the best job I have ever seen everything is immaculate. It is so quiet too you can really get a peaceful sleep! The location is wonderful as well, I am so glad we stayed here! We will always stay here when we are in the area!
The only semi negative thing that happened isnt even the hotels fault its about the pricing of the starbucks drinks the lady making them didnt tell me that all pumps of syrup and milk cost so for 2 iced coffees it was $14.71 so that was the one and only time we got coffee there, just be mindful of that if you want coffee
Rooms: Super clean!
Nearby activities: Plenty of shopping nearby
Food & drinks: Plenty of resturants nearby, 1 restaurant in hotel on hilton garden side

Nice hotel with clean rooms. The digital key didn't work well getting into the breakfast area. Also, the breakfast was lacking in general. Not much to choose from and the actual cooked items were not great.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. (The quiet part is especially important.) The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. I accidentally left a piece of clothing behind when we left, but they kept it for me, and we were able to pick it up on our return trip.

First time at this hotel with TRU Hotels. We were there just one day. I am not used to not having a closet, which was unusual. You hang your clothes in view within the room. There was no shower cap as well. We checked in though the app with the digital key. However with my stay in Miam,i our waters were in the room. I had to go to the desk to ask for the waters. Never had to do that before. The front desk, even though said hello di not portray a smile or seemed to want to be there. When we first arrived we were not sure where to go, because it is 2 hotels in one. The front desk person did not initially show us where to go, even though we figured it out. The experience was okay, but we have had better, and this was a newer hotel.
Rooms: No closets or drawers. No microwave.
Walkability: Very convenient to the Mall.
Food & drinks: Plenty of food and drinks place to choose from.

My husband and I embarked on a weekend escape, and from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were met with an inviting atmosphere. The array of amenities featured a pool table, various outdoor seating areas, a pool, a restaurant, and even a golfing area. The housekeeping cleanliness was by far the best I have seen, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service provided by Myra Smith(Food and Beverage Mgr), who exceeded all our expectations throughout our stay. From engaging conversations to the impeccable morning refreshers, Myra's dedication made our time truly memorable. Without a doubt, this hotel has earned its place as our go-to choice in Mount Juliet, surpassing all others we've encountered.

The Tru is the same building as the Hilton Garden Inn, which led to a little confusion upon my arrival. Easy check in and out using the Hilton app, easy parking, and the expected breakfast selection. My room was clean and comfortable. If I return, I would consider staying here again.

The hotel was very clean, quirky, and close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The beds/pillows are really comfy and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The bar downstairs is nice and they also have games downstairs. My only negative comment is the lady that checked me in was not very friendly, nor was she friendly the last time we stayed here, but other than that the hotel is great. I would definitely stay again.

My only issue is the rudeness, poor customer service, and unable to use Hilton Honor Diamond Status (big Hilton fans). My wife and I came from Texas to visit the area and this hotel was the worst part of our vacation. The lady at the front desk was very unpleasant and rude didn’t acknowledge me treated me as if i wasn’t there. Our TV in our room wasn’t working we notified her and it was a hassle trying to solve this situation. Next, day we asked for a new set of towels 2x that morning and afternoon and that evening when we got back to the hotel we had to walk down to the front desk to get new towels. Kudos to the one guy who handle the loud music issue, Thank You. Positive side the property is clean, good location, and the beds comfort level is OK. I would have a hard time staying here again customer service is huge for me.

The breakfast was below par. No oat meal option either. Water flow in bathroom or water station was slow. The pool i wish was indoor rather than outdoor w no roof. Atleast put a shed so people can use. Water temp was good.Rooms: GoodSafety: Great
