Great Galleries of Christmas Spirit look what we found! As amazing and lit as this store was the sheer amount of decor I was not able to find was odd. Great selection of ornaments in particular styles and your prices are all from 5.99 to 800.99 depending on the pieces you are looking for. Staff was knowledgeable and easy to find even among the glitz and glamour. Would definitely of liked to find more kids ornaments, tree topper options, and tree skirts. Will have to come back for a revisit after the holidays perhaps?

This is a magical place. I have been to a lot of Christmas places, but this one was beyond compare. You begin the experience outside before entering. You are first drawn to the huge Christmas tree. When you back from the Christmas tree photo you notice to the left side of the tree a huge lighted sign that spells Believe. How cool was that, we took a photo with the family, each claiming a letter and then moved to the front door with anticipation of what's inside. When you enter the foyer there is an incredible display with a life size reindeer and sleigh. You then step into the next set of doors and the magic begins. You are instantly reduced to a 6 year old with awe and wonder. The colors and lights are breath taking. There is a wide open space with a small house in the middle that contains ornaments that can be customized with personal names. There is a person sitting at the front of the house that will put the names on the ornaments. Around the rest of the store there are open sections with all kind of themes. They have Santa, gingerbread, nutcrackers, candy, nativity, grinch, German Christmas , and so much more. The light section is huge and has so many theme lights. My favorite was the storm trooper lights. My grandson was captivated with the fake snow you can buy in a jar.I truly love this place. The only downside was that it was very pricey, but if you can afford it then it is worth it. All the items were beautiful and made of a high quality. I am glad that I now have a resource to find those hard to locate Christmas items.

Whilst this shop is clean and well stock, there is a huge staffing problem. When we went to checkout, there was absolutely nobody working the cash registers. There was also a couple in front of us who had been waiting over 5 minutes. After a 10 minute wait, it seemed nobody wanted to help us so we walked out. Meanwhile at the other side of the store, there was a lady literally guarding a $40k nativity scene. Maybe don't have such ridiculously priced items and put your security staff on the cash registers to assist your customers.

The ladies working were friendly. And they have a lot of cute stuff. But some stuff is crazy expensive. Some ornament were like $120. Compared to the store in Gatlinburg, it is tiny and underwhelming. I really liked the personalized ornaments. The lady doing the personalization had such pretty handwriting.

Only suggestion for people that are used to the one in Gatlinburg is to decorate the outside if possible because a lot of people might now know what it is or where it is hidden on a fast road in mt. Juliet. But I have been a fan and avid lover of the incredible Christmas place for almost 10 years so its a great place for everything you need or could possibly want.

As good as the one in the Smokey Mountains just has more room for more things. Love coming here and browsing.

Although smaller and more condensed than its Smokey Mountain counterpart, this store has every bit of the magical charm of the most wonderful time of the year. I felt like a kid again, and that says a lot.

The family and I couldn't wait to go to the store and finally and the chance today. It looks like it's a big place and everyone I've heard said it's a great place. We went, walked in, and it's not as big as it looks from the outside. The decorations they did have were nice, but I felt underwhelmed at what I saw.I'm glad they have the ornaments you can get personalized. But they just didn't have as much as I had thought. Not a lot of Jim Shore, no nutcrackers, and just not at all what I expected. It's nice, don't get me wrong. It's just not as grand as we had thought it would be.

We love this place and it is magical! Their selection is fun, but is not inexpensive. One star off simply because I’m super bummed at the lack of after-Christmas sales! Their website suggested great deals, but very little was actually on sale (we visited the Mt Juliet store). Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for sales!!

Very cool shop! Just about any theme of Christmas decorations you could want is available here, including a lot of collectible and personalized pieces! They have a pictures with Santa area between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Nice, but some things seem pricey and marked up.

Christmas lovers will be in awe at this expansive store that seems to go on forever. They offer ornaments and decorations for every “fandom”. Grime Disney to Game of Thrones, there is a Christmas village, sign or accessory to suit your taste. Get personalized ornaments for every occasion as well, and when Santa isn’t at the North Pole, you can get photos with him. The only criticism is that EVERYTHING is overpriced. Period. We loved to look but didn’t buy a thing. I can order most of what I saw from Amazon for half of what they charge.

So I'm not a fan of Christmas but if you want it shoved down your throat this is your place. Not as big as the one in Gatlinburg but equally as nice. Has all kids of photo opportunities out front and fake snow flying everywhere. Ornaments, trees, lights, and much more. Staff was super friendly and everone had a smile. They will also personalize things for free. If your looking for Christmas spirit stop in here
