I was speaking with customer service about lowering my bill. I'm a senior citizen and the representative actually laughed at me when we were speaking. They have a monopoly here in Del Webb at Lake Providence and I am unable to obtain another provider. If I didn't need the internet I would drop them.

TDS steals from customers! Every 5 to 9 months they raise what you pay. Last year I was paying 129 just for internet, guess what it is this month? 162!!! I didn't notice because it's on auto pay, til our internet went out and I checked what was going on. How sneaky of them to keep raising prices on customers without telling them! There's absolutely no trust when it comes to this company, bunch of crooks out to steal people's money. We are thinking of going to Comcast, and tha's bad when you leave a company to go to Comcast.....

Rude customer service!!! The Internet service is always messing up. The company does not stand behind original agreements. No one wants tds but we have to use this service if you are in their area since they are in a contract with whoever that will not let other internet companies in this area. It would be different if they were a 5 star or 4 star company. Verizon, At&t, and T-Mobile have tried that I know of I'm sure other companies have as well. Very unfortunate. You would think with as many complaints that the company would want to share the area or upgrade their services but it's always a money issue.....

TDS, the most horrible costumer service and the most expensive service compared to other available internet companies in the area. I was on hold for 1 hour and still no one would help me. I no longer have their service and I will never again. Please beware about TDS, take your money to other companies who are far more better than TDS. Horrible customer service!!!

My promotion ended and my monthly bill increased. For more than a year, TDS never notified me of my automatic payments not paying my bills in full. I was only made aware after receiving a “courtesy” call to opt for a recent promotion. I am truly disappointed in this level of service.

Update: still no internet AND to even have someone take a look at my issue it will take a minimum of 5 days. So 5 days without internet. A company's integrity is measured not when things go right but what they do when things go wrong. TDS is a big fail. Other reviewers are correct. Save yourselves a lot of future anxiety and frustration and go with a different ISP. I can not in good faith recommend this company to anyone.I would give zero stars if possible. Called customer support to get a status of a known internet outage in my city and over 30 min later could not give me that information without pulling up my account which they could not find. Most frustrating experience ever for such a simple question.

Horrible all around experience with this company. I pay $91.00 per month and am supposed to get 300mps upload/download. On average I'm getting 50mps. I've called and spoken to them twice. The first time after speaking with them my mps magically went up to 200mps, so I figured that's good enough for me. A couple weeks later and now it's down to 7 mps. I called again, this time they sent me to tech support. The tech support guy stated that 300 mps was going to my house, so it must be something in my house then he hung up on me. This past week I've called twice and each time I'm on hold for an extremely long time. Ridiculous!

no stars less than one. tds out hanging data lines along pleasant grove rd week of 3/24. after recent storm/wind line now hanging approx 8' from ground across my back yard. been on phone over 60 min and still no human picking up. TDS SUCKS

Effective 3/31/2023 I am no longer receiving service from TDS! 4 years of absolutely horrible service and would never recommend anyone to get their service!
