Employees are helpful and friendly .

I have called the Mt. Juliet store multiple times and the customer service representative does not pick up the phone, no matter how many times we have called.

Great customer service. Calvin went the extra mile to make sure we got what we requested. Hard to find great customer service nowadays. We'll definitely be back more often.

I am making a complaint about REBECCA. Yesterday, Sunday, 06/23, she called my 15-year-old daughter a thief without evidence because the staff forgot to take the security code off her clothes. I had to look for the receipt and she treated us horribly because being Latino, and I call the security, a rude person. Please take action

I came here to buy groceries. I was a little worried due to the bad reviews. What was waiting for me was unexpected! Everything was very clean and well stocked. I just have a couple of mishaps. There was a piece of gum lying around that got stuck to my shoe. Also, there is no unsalted butter or chicken broth. All of the registers were empty, leaving me no choice but to go to the self checkout. All in all, it turned out to be sorta good.

Naomi was AMAZING in electronics! She helped me locate what I wanted and worked with me through the entire process. She was patient and eager to make sure I left satisfied! She’s amazing and super personable! Loved shopping with her and it’s probably the best target experience I’ve had in a long time at this location! Thank you Naomi!

The store is absolutely horrible. Had a problem at the cash register with Brenda sent me to customer service, as I was walking over there she goes make sure you don’t walk out with that stuff like excuse me!
Very rude no customer service.
Currently 8 month pregnant already over it, then for this to happen.

I truly dislike this Target in the area. Job not worth it make you do even single little thing when it’s not your position, the pay is definitely trash. All the team members talk about each other. It’s horrible ! Choose your job wisely wouldn’t recommend to work here ?

Not a great target store, employees always seem to have their heads down looking at their phones or something rather than trying to help customers. Even in check out, they barely look at you. Self check out is closed down often, making you wait in long lines at the register where they all seem to not care about doing their jobs well or efficiently at all.

Catherine in customer service was next level RUDE. She literally rolled her eyes when I walked up to do a return and had a nasty attitude with me the whole time… Big thanks to Calvin in customer service for helping me out instead of her!

Worst Target I have ever been to. A lot of missing products. No cashiers to check you out. Had to stand in long line for self checkout.
