Very bad service from the guards at the entrance, they do not indicate correctly how to position the vehicle and one of my low wings has broken due to that. Your mananger is not present and they tell me to come back the next day, I demand that they pay for the damage caused to my car and the repair costs.

After canceling my service for over one year, just happen to notice on my bank account that these crooks been collecting funds still,Reach out and you can never get to speak to any human only email they returned only the last payment they took, and have the Gaul to request how satisfied I am .I wish this company to be swallowed up by the earth !

If I could give -0 I would. Its called Take 5 because they are going to TAKE 500 per year out of your bank account! They scammed my veteran husband by taking his card without his permission and putting him on a monthly car wash subscription. I have found out that this is something they commonly do. Even the manager told me he had been working there one month and had several complaints about this. They take your credit card and ask if you want a one month special deal of multiple car washes for a cut rate. Then without your permission start to run that car monthly. They don't ask you to sign anything, they just do it without your knowledge. This is no different than stealing your credit card! Horrible!!! BUYER BEWARE!After the response from owner: Sounds like they care right?When you actually call the number you get a recording. Its a run around. I had already emailed them prior to this review. They did nothing! The number they gave as a response does the same thing. There is no way to get ahold of a human. This carwash is a total scam playing a numbers game by ripping off the customers. They take your credit card without permission and charge on it until you put a stop on your credit card. They don't care and will move on to the next theft. They might as well be stealing your wallet! This is criminal!

This car wash ripped our license plate off the back of our car. We called immediately, no answer in the office so we left a voicemail. No callback for days. Call again, no answer, start calling back to back, and they finally answer. Man on the phone says they found our license plate but he has to “check” if it’s still there. After a hold he gets back on to say it must’ve been thrown away. What on earth? You threw away a license plate?! MJPD has now informed us to file a police report while we get this replaced. Do NOT use this car wash!

Great experience here today. I always feel I get a good car wash, but the services they provided today were much appreciated. Washing my mats was awesome, as they really needed it. Thanks for the service today!
