Sudsy Pup has been very satisfactory. My Shi Tzu has problems with hair in his eyes. They do a wonderful job with his hair trimming. They are courteous and I am very happy with their service.

I asked for a TRIM of my 17 week old Cavapoo, Duke. This was my first time with a groomer for him so I told her I was reluctant but she assured me. Came back to see a summer cut. SHAVED in the middle of December. Do not bring your 4 legged family member here. THEY DO NOT LISTEN. Upon looking at their FaceBook page, it appears this is the only cut they know. See for yourself.This is Duke before and after I asked for a TRIM.

The absolute worst dog grooming place I have ever been. I asked for a trim and completely shaved my dog at the beginning of winter. He’s already shaking when he gets home and the groomers are blaming me for the shaking, horrible customer service, and employees. They will just do whatever to your dog and take your money.

Nonaville Rd Mt Juliet I am a Long time customer appointment every 4 weeks- they are price gouging. I had scheduled my normal apt. Every 4 weeks. For two small 2 pound yorkies. Takes them less than hour to groom both of them. I Had surgery missed one appointment due to Not allowed to drive. I let it slip up before cancellation. Found out They have a $25 cancellation fee - didn’t know that. But if you call their phone # it states it for $25. What they DON’T tell you is that it is not per your appointment but per dog. They charged me $50 cancellation fee because I couldn’t get there for a medical reason. I could possibly be ok with $25 but $50 is price gouging. I am one customer (not 2). I had one appointment (not 2). They never treated it as 2 till they price gouged me. They are not owned or operated by County Side Vet Hospital. It is rented space. Owner/manager is Sara. And she is the one happily telling me they are charging me $50 feeling very justified about it. Be sure if you take your pets there to know a missed appointment has a cancellation fee per pet not by YOU the one customer appointment. They make bank with this practice. It cost me $100 every 4 weeks to get these two small 2 pound dogs groomed at this business. I provide my own shampoo as well that is for about an hours work or less for them. One additional note. I spoke to them sept 1 on the phone they never told me of any cancellation policy we did confirm my next appointment for September 29. There was absolutely no discussion about any cancellation fee until they called to confirm my appointment for 9/29. Then I am told and only because I asked cause I have a third party scheduled to pick them up wanted to send correct amount to them and as always a healthy tip.

New to the area so was trying to find a new nail place for my prickly chihuahua! Found this place on a whim and the best part is they allow walk ins for nail trims AND it’s $5 cash. Their staff was extremely friendly and my usual prickly chihuahua wasn’t as aggravated as usual. Amazing experience!

Y’all… Bunny is a six month old miniature Schnauzer. This was her first professional grooming with a haircut, first time away from home, and she had a weird undercoat that was a solid layer of matted hair. An hour and a half after dropping her off I got the call saying Bunny was ready for pick up. She’s stunning and I couldn’t be happier!

Amazing people! I totally missed an appointment and they called and rescheduled it the next week like it was no problem. I know how booked they get and they still took care of my and my dog. I would recommend the ladies at Sudsy Pups to groom anyone’s dogs!! Me and Mylo thank you so much:)
