I couldn't be more satisfied with this bank and their awesome mortgage team. We recently closed on a home loan and the process was extremely smooth. The paperwork was all digital and if I had any questions I could always call and speak to someone quickly over the phone. Working with a local bank on a home purchase was so much better than working with a regional bank. The service was personal and overall higher quality. Thank you to Southern Bank, John Pope, and his awesome team!

Worst Bank in history..specifically the Mt. Juliet branch. I would give zero Stars if I could. They randomly closed my account without warning and it messed up all of my direct deposits and bill payments. When consulted about it, the Manager was extremely rude and absolutely didn't care.. Stay away.

Southern Bank of Tennessee has given us amazing customer service. From the front counter tellers to the loan officers, they are very committed to their customers and do anything they can for you. I have been with them for about three years, and I am very happy to give them 5 Stars!

Absolute best bank ever! We done business with suntrust for years a friend refered us to southern bank it is the best switch I have ever made .Great people and best is that it's always same faces .They have no employee turn over . They know who you are when you walk in and already have our info pulled up. They go out of there way for their members.
