Worst Bank in history..specifically the Mt. Juliet branch. I would give zero Stars if I could. They randomly closed my account without warning and it messed up all of my direct deposits and bill payments. When consulted about it, the Manager was extremely rude and absolutely didn't care.. Stay away.

Southern Bank of Tennessee has given us amazing customer service. From the front counter tellers to the loan officers, they are very committed to their customers and do anything they can for you. I have been with them for about three years, and I am very happy to give them 5 Stars!
