Went to pick up a color book that I had called earlier in the day to to have placed on hold, called store at 5:30 to ask how late they would be open- no answer, arrived to store before 5:45pm - saw a person leaving side door, who then saw me pulling into parking lot and then ran back into store and did not answer the phone- called to verify what time hours were following day and was told they are open until 6pm - Will not be using SW for my office redo- very sad because I had hoped to use their color Grayish that is so popular-

Our first experience with Sherwin Williams and we are very satisfied. Visited the store to look at colors and bring home samples. When it came time to buy, Matt helped us order and had 8 gallons ready for pickup within a few hours. We will definitely buy from Sherwin Williams next time.

I’m thinking that a requirement to work at Sherwin Williams must be patience!! God love this guy, he saw me multiple times and each time he was just as nice and patient as the previous time!!

They had no paint for my project I was working on. Customer was mad at me because S/W didn't have it. What's a person supposed to do ? They said that there other stores might have it. I'm not running all over middle Tennessee to find it.

I will definitely shop at the Mt. Juliet location again. The sales associates were really nice and knowledgeable and the store was really tidy.I had called around to several locations looking for a specific product and this location actually what I needed. I walked into the store and within minutes, I had what I needed, was informed of the color name change and was out the door.
