The black lady with short blonde curly hair at the cash register is so rude, she finds something to cause trouble every time I go in. She interrupts the customer without giving you a chance to explain. I gather from all her behavior that she is racist. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who made this comment. I do not even want to pass by this store from now on!

This is the most terrible trip to the ross store, what kind of rude and incompetent employees are there, I bought things from them 2 T-shirts turned out to be small for me, I left them in the basket, an employee came up to me and told me in a pointing tone to find hangers from them and put everything in place, to which I said I did not know where from they have broadcasters, she said do it, find the broadcasters from them and hang everything in its place, I explained that I don't remember exactly where I got them and asked to call the manager. She embarrassed me in front of everyone, because I don't know English well, I felt bad. I want measures to be taken in my direction after such an incident. I won't let you talk to me like that!

Shopping at this Ross location was a horrible experience. 2 cashiers are demanding people to do things. Yelling at people for forgetting to take out 1 hanger. Someone needs to teach them some manors and customer service.

Ross's cashiers are impolite and in my opinion racist. They don't treat the buyer with respect. Today I was in the store, stood on the line and just walked away for a second to look at the bags, and the cashier thought that I had come to the wrong side. I didn’t try to explain so much, she didn’t want to understand. Even the woman standing in front of me tried to explain, but she still didn’t want to hear us and answered very rudely. since I'm not local, I think it's just racist

I wish I could shop here, but they only have 1 dressing room for the whole store open. It's disgusting and has clothes all over the place. They customer service is awful. I love Ross, but I will not come back to this one.

Horrible costumer service. Locked dressing rooms, the staff was upset to have to unlock them. The cashier Dominique giving orders about how to stand in line and has me stand apart from my own mother to pay. I can say without a doubt I won't be shopping there anymore. HORRIBLE

If you don't mind standing in one line for 15 minutes and having the cashier yell NEXT before the other person is done with their purchase, you may like it.
