This dealership is PRICE GOUGING!!!! I needed a master window switch for a caravan and they wanted $249.51 for it
I got the exact same thing on Amazon for $25.01. That is absolutely ridiculous.

The entire process was very simple and all of the staff were quite helpful throughout the process. I sent an email to see about the availability of a truck. I was met with a phone call within minutes. When I got to the dealership the truck was waiting at the front door ready to be test driven. The sales representative who made every step of the process seamless for me was Belen Yanez and I would absolutely recommend talking to her if you choose to buy from this dealership. Sadly I can’t remember the name of the guy in the finance office but he was great too. Overall, it was a great buying experience and I’m happy with my truck!

I do try to stay away for dealers due to the cost of labor but these days everyone is about the same. I went there because of alignment issues and they took care of it no one tried to up sell me and that was a surprise! They did the job well

Took vehicle in for a DEF system issue, service dept was clean, hospitable, the service advisor was honest, and polite. He gave options to work with after a though diagnostic check, the truck only needed one sensor. He then provided options in getting truck repair covered, as we were literally less than a thousand miles out of the emission warranty. The plan worked, and that was a savings of $1100. And when another local dealer wanted $4200 to change 2 sensors were one wasnt needed, and gave the take it or leave it attitude. I took it and came to Mt Juliet CDJR. I dont normally leave reviews, but felt complied to, after the level of service and satisfaction I received from a dealer... just being honest and professional goes a long way which is a rarity nowadays. i would highly recommend. My husband and I purchased a new Dodge Ram today from Daniel Kirk and Lacy Frey at Mt. Juliet CDJR and the whole experience from start to finish was fast, efficient, and professional! We were only there for a couple of hours but we felt completely at home and enjoyed the amazing fish tank centered in the middle of the show room floor as well as a great cup of coffee while the purchase paperwork was being gathered. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle then I highly recommend this place and the great sales team there! No regrets here, thanks guys!

Called 8-23-24 spoke to kat a internet sales lady she took my name and number and said somebody would call me back It's been 5 days and still haven't heard from anybody I do not think they're in the business to sell anything except for trouble I am giving them a one star review because they did answer the phone but that's as far as they go. Update it's been a week and nobody has called, That's bad when you live in Mount Juliet and want to buy a truck in Mount Juliet to support Mount Juliet but The dealer doesn't give a crap!!!

Bought a car Friday did not even haggle the price it was what was advertised. Had the loan paperwork done approved sent confirmation over. Told them i would be back Tuesday to pick up vehicle. Got a phone call on Monday morning telling me they sold the truck Saturday and wanted to sell me a different truck that as white and with a smaller bed. I was a little upset so I asked them to work with me on a different truck meet me in the middle or same price as what I bought it for 6k difference for the issues. It has now been 3 days and no one will return my calls. Not sure this a dealership you would want to do business with.
