Twice I go in for a vaccine shot or heartworm med, and they after going, oh well we need a full appointment. So we left simply because we didn't need the whole gambit. Just a rabbies Vax and a heartworm. But oh no! So a $30 rabbies vaccine turns into $300. Give me a break. Check out the Community Pet Center. Totally legit and will give you what you made your appointment for. Without upselling you...that's sad. And, these people really care alot!! Cheers and love our pets!!!!

I have been taking our puppy there since we got her almost 3 years ago. They were always so kind, sweet, and caring. They are quick to respond via email, text, or phone, so I never had to wait long for answers, especially when I needed to know what to do with a sick pup. I would, and have, recommended them to anyone who asks!

I could not recommend Providence Animal Hospital enough. We’re new to the area and I was so grateful they were able to take both our boys. Dr. Palmer is such a sweetheart and cares for animals like they’re her own, vet tech Mary was also great and I feel very comfortable with our dogs in their care. I also really appreciate how great the people working the front desk are. They’re so easy to talk to and make appointments with or make sure we have a solution to any problems (Debbie and Courtney are who I’ve spoke with). Great vets office, fantastic people, and immaculately clean!

WE ARE NEW TO MIDDLE TENNESSEE AND NEEDED TO FIND A NEW VET FOR OUR DOGS, BELLA AND NOEL. WE GOT LUCKY ON OUR FIRST ATTEMPT. THIS OFFICE IS SO FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH, AND INFORMITIVE. DEFINITLY NOT HIGH PRESSURE. SO GLAD WE FOUND THEM! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Hollis is the best!! He has been my dog's veterinarian for 13 years. Dr. Hollis truly cares about his patients and their well being. He is patient with me and takes the time to explain, along with providing a helpful written summary of the visit. Debbie, Mary and the rest of the office staff are always kind and helpful as well! My dog is 16 years old now. Hoping for more years with my dog and with Dr. Hollis!

I am happy to say that after giving them a 2nd chance, it has greatly approved. I spoke w the office manager about our experience and voiced our concerns about what had happened. When I brought our other dog to her appointment, I felt heard and listened to. They also were a great help when I forgot her prescription at home on our trip and faxed her prescription order so I could pick it up out of state. They went above and beyond to make sure she had her prescription, which was greatly appreciated! Thank you!

My recent encounter with PAH has left us disappointed and concerned. The lack of availability to see animals in a timely manner has been a common issue. Being told to go to the ER, unless we wanted to wait 10-12 days before they could see our pet with an ear infection seemed a little ridiculous. The staff's indifferent response to my concerns further compounded the frustration. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this vet to my fellow pet owners, as their delays may have detrimental effects on animals health and well-being.

Although my dog could not be saved because she had already died when I arrived, the attention from the staff was wonderful. My dog died in childbirth and I arrived with her bloody and they gave her to me clean and her well-covered scar looked like she was asleep despite my pain for the loss I am very grateful to the staff

I’ve been using Providence Animal Hospital for a few years for my 9yo Dobermans needs. It’s the first vet he has ever gotten along with and they continue to make veterinary care comfortable for us. The staff are patient in answering all questions and have always been excellent on keeping me updated throughout procedures. The establishment is very clean and we have never spent a significant amount of time in the wait room. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough and I’m so grateful for their services.

I just finished all my round of puppy shots! The staff here is absolutely incredible. Debbie at the front desk is such a bright light and so kind every time I come in. They are very personable sending a card after our first visit and always checking in with a text after every appointment. Dr. Collier is always so kind and attentive! She answers all my questions and makes sure my puppy and I leave feeling good. I can’t recommend this vet more!
