I first contacted James a year ago and he basically gave me a map to follow throughout the following year in order to qualify for an FHA loan. I would have been genuinely lost and likely wouldn’t have gone through with the purchase if he hadn’t helped me understand all steps involved. He has all the tips and tricks that have successfully gotten my credit to where it is. He went above and beyond and I’m so thankful for him and cannot wait to work with him again in the future. I would highly recommend him to anybody I know. Wonderful experience.
