Me and my wife recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 LR AWD from Motor Cars of Nashville. We live in West Virginia and have a very busy life working and raising kids. Buying online was our best bet to find a tesla and Carmen was amazing to work with. My wife spent most of the day going over finances, asking questions about the car, and retrieving information needed for closing. They were extremely professional and made the whole process very smooth. Great team and great dealership! If you need to buy online have confidence they will take good care of you.

Purchased our daughter’s first car from Carmen with Motor Cars of Nashville and Websters doesn’t have enough words to describe how awesome she was! I found the car on CarGurus and from the first phone call, Carmen was on it! We live in WV and I was hesitant to purchase without seeing or test driving but she made me feel so comfortable! And I’m so glad we bought it! It was everything she had said it was. She arranged the delivery and it was flawless, too! Without hesitation, I would buy from her again and again.

We dealt with Carmen. It was a very busy time and she was short staffed. As well, the deal was complicated because we, the buyers, were from out of country. Despite many difficulties Carmen persevered and brought the transaction to a successful close. We are delighted with the car we bought. Carmen was very straightforward in her description of the car. She did not exaggerate or conceal anything material. She is a very determined young lady to the extent that she went out in 100 degree weather to take photographs and an extra video that we asked for - and got! We wish her well and it was a pleasure dealing with her. Ken and Lynda.

Carmen was my salesperson and her customer service is out of this world amazing!!! It’s so nice to find a dealership who genuinely cares about the customers and their experience. She is always available for questions, happy to help, explains everything so thorough, and is just an awesome person in general! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from out of state, and she has made everything a breeze from start to finish. I’d recommend her a thousand times!

Calls and emails are now being ignored after being told they'd order and replace the pump. Do not trust their online sales service.
I bought a used 2011 Toyota Prius that was delivered to my house. I was told that the vehicle had no warning lights, but as soon as I got into the driver's seat I noticed 3 lights. I took it to a shop and was told that driving the vehicle is a hazard as the brake pump is failing. My mechanic mentions that this does not happen overnight. Now I'm paying 1-1.5k out of pocket unfortunately for a vehicle I just bought. I do not recommend using their delivery service.

Estimate is 3500 for repairs! I feel completely scammed.

I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from MotorCars!!! They are a complete rip off ,they will list the co buyer as the buyer,the warranty that they tell you is good,is no good at all and you will spend hundreds out of pocket then they say you can cancel the warranty at anytime but what they don’t tell you is you will still pay the full amount (car payment and warranty payment) even after letting the warranty go and your vehicle will be stuck in the shop due to the warranty company not being paid by MotorCars!!! My whole experience with them has been a nightmare and i have sent sooo many people looking for a vehicle to other dealerships,i would never send business to MotorCars!!!! They are definitely not there to help you,they basically try to make you go in debt!!! I thought they were honest until i was lied to in my face!!! They said they only use 2 or 3 lenders and that was also a lie,i have so many hard inquiries due to them running my credit way more than 2 or 3 times,it was more like 7 or 8!!!! If you are considering buying a vehicle from them i would seriously run else where while you can!!!! They will not return phone calls,text or voicemails once they realize they screwed you over!!! My battery and alternator went out within a month and my truck was stuck at the dealership for over a week due to the warranty company not being paid (while the owner was on vacation) and i paid more out of pocket than the warranty covered!!! My oil light came on 2 days after buying my vehicle which lets me know they never inspected the vehicle prior to selling it to me!!! SERIOUSLY RUNNNN

This dealership is amazing. When they ran my credit it was a soft check. The salesmen are and were professional. They made sure I understood all the paperwork and they didn’t rush you to purchase. They recommended me to get on the highway to test drive the car to make sure everything was good.. I really loved that. I can go on and on about them but they are amazing..
