We requested a quote from Mi-Box when we sold our house and moved from Rutherford County to Davidson County. They had the best pricing out of everyone else we had contacted and their customer service was excellent! The box was delivered on time and the driver was very professional and courteous. When we ended up closing a week early and had to change our pickup date at the last minute, they were very gracious to accommodate the schedule change. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Mi-Box was the perfect solution to a remodel we did on my parents' home. We were able to load their house contents up right on their property and not worry about packing something up without access for a few months. We went in multiple times to pull out what we accidentally packed up. It also allowed us to unload the unit at our own pace and not all in just a few hours. The convenience alone is reason enough to choose them, however the service was superb. The driver who delivered and picked up the box could not have been more pleasant. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating. I highly recommend Mi-Box of Middle Tennessee.

MI-Box has been great to work with. We called with a need to get a storage unit delivered, the MI-Box was able to get one delivered that day. The staff has been great to work with, and they have a very easy payment method. I'm going to refer everyone I know to use them.

They exceeded our expectations. Angie - in their office - was communicating with us through the whole process - she is wonderful! We lived in a town home on a narrow street and they did such a professional job maneuvering in and out of our driveway! Then the home we moved to has a steep driveway - It was amazing to see how they moved our box without tilting it - up the driveway, so that we could easily unload it. What a professional team!!!

Angie was wonderful to deal with, not pushy like Pods, very informative and pleasant in our time of need. The storage unit was delivered exactly where we needed and picked up when complete, all around great people to deal with. We will recommend Mi-Box to everyone, and definitely will use again!!
