Looking for a large variety of small items for a repair. Other workers put me in touch with Reg who was extremely helpful. He didn't just say "the item is in row X, he guided me all over the store from one end to the other to find my required items. Thank Reg! Well done.

Came in July 4 to pick up on line order, offset umbrella and base
Went on and purchased another $100 of items while waiting for staff to bring umbrella to CS
30 minutes later, still waiting and CS person told me " best thing is just stand there and wait" WHY???
Then head cashier walks up and they continue to chat
Asked again for service
Response " oh the guy had gone to get it, they had no one working in back to bring up on line orders" then she tells me how busy they have been. Her Mgr went to Lebanon Lowes and they were not busy. I replied because they have a Home Depot
Then she is " he went to Hermitage also, and they were not busy. I replied they have a Home Depot across street
Finally I ask for credit to my account
Honest to God the head cashier told me I had to do that on line. I am like fine
By time I got 15 minutes to my house
" email saying order had been canceled and I would not b charged!!!!!!
Please train these people
Plus store Mgr doesn't need to be running all over county when his store cannot offer adequate service
Going to Home Depot now !

Cabinets were damaged upon delivery, lowes outsourced it redelivery and it’s been the worst experience we have ever dealt with. Estes espress has done nothing but lie to us about when the delivery would be there. every time you call the story changes. Lowes made a horrible decision in partnering with them for their deliveries.

I wish I could just leave a zero star review I purchased a refrigerator from there about 2 years ago and also purchased a 5 year extended warranty. My refrigerator is now been malfunctioning for about 2 weeks and no one will honour my refrigerator's warranty and no live customer service. If my refrigerator had died completely I would have had to buy a new one by now!!!!! Still call every day to try and get some one to take care of my warranty but no one ever helps!!!! Good luck if you need anything from the extended warranty they offer

I don’t leave many reviews on Google but I had to hop on here to rave about my experience with Andrew Moore. He met me at my car with a beautiful smile and he smelled like flowers!! He pushed me around in the cart for my entire time in the store because I have had recent problems with my back from a fatal car wreck (love you mom). Andrew was the most knowledgeable Lowe’s employee I have ever dealt with. He took my shopping list and found all of it in under 7 minutes! WOW! He was glowing with positivity and he made my experience very enjoyable. I would recommend this establishment to anyone but only if they go straight to Andrew Moore. My only complaint was that he had very sticky fingers. He claims it was from a cookout milkshake but I am not sure.

Had the pleasure of being helped by a young customer service representative named Andrew Moore. Not only was he extremely helpful and enthusiastic to help me replace my toilet (long story) but he is also very handsome. I wish I could give leave more than 5 stars. My hat is off to you Mr.Moore.
