customer service sucks , I brought a car may 31st $800 down 2010 compass jeep , air only blows on one setting , i was told it would be fixed for FREE by the owner ! well my car started making weird sound 3 weeks after purchasing it and I tried calling the car lot and they kept saying the owner was not there or available for me to speak to him and let him know what was going on . A week after that, I caught a flat tire and couldn’t get the tire off And had him come to tow the car on a Thursday , he then Was not Communicating with me about updates on the car !! I called everyday to try to speak with WES the owner they was so rude to me like it was my fault when in Reality all I want was an update on my car so I wouldn’t know to plan to get rides for work etc , this is very bad business!!!!!! & people should kno i definitely do have plans on going to the BBB because this is crazy .. & i hope anybody who has dealt with them and kno how they are to speak up , people work too hard to be getting screwed over , all they do is Lie !!!! i ask simple questions about car note .

UPON TEST DRIVING A VEHICLE THE COOLANT RESIVOIR CAP WAS MISSING AND REPORTED,THE THE VEHICLE HAD ISSUES KEEPING STARTED, SO MONICA STATED IN FRONT OF MY DAD, THAT THEY'D GET A CAP SOMEWHERE, AND REPLACE THE BATTERY, AS THE COLD WEATHER AND IT BEING PARKED ACROSS FROM THE POWER TOWERS WAS PULLING POWER FROM THE BATTERY. IVE DRIVEN THE CAR 2 MONTHS NOT KNOWING THE CAP NOR BATTERY WAS REPLACED. I BOUGHT A CAP, BUT KEPT NEEDING A BOOST SO TOOK CAR TO AUTOZONE WHERE I FOUND THAT WAS THE SAME BATTERY! FOR SOME REASON MONICA WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO LET THEM TEST IT INSTEAD OF AUTOZONE. I GUESS THATS WHEN SHE HAD TO THINK FAST TO COVER HERSELF! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! MONICA IN OFFICE COMES OFF SWEET CONCERNED AND LIKE AN HONEST HELPFUL PERSON BUT SHE IS JUST TRYING TO GET YOUR DOWN PAYMENT TO LOCK YOU INTO A VEHICLE! SHE WILL PRETEND TO CARE JUST TO GET IN YOUR BUSINESS, SHE WILL PROMISE TO HAVE THINGS REPLACED OR DONE ON THE VEHICLE THAT SHE IS NOT EVEN AUTHORIZED OR THE ACTUAL OWNER WILL HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF! SHE WILL LIE AND TELL LIES ON YOU! BE SURE TO RECORD OR HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF ANYTHING SHE TELLS YOU BECAUSE YOU WILL BE LEFT HELPLESS WITHOUT A VEHICLE IF YOU BELIVE OR PUT TOO MUCH TRUST IN HER! ALWAYS HAVE A WITNESS AND JUST MAKE THIS YOUR LAST OPTION IF YOURE IN A DESPERATE SITUATION!! MONICA SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING THE OFFICE AT ALL, OR SHOULD NOT BE IN THERE BY HERSELF TO DO AS SHE PLEASE, CAUSING UNNECESSARY PROBLES WITH BUYERS AND PUTTING THEM IN FINANCIAL OR STRESSFUL SITUATIONS!! I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HONEST AND UPFRONT SO I DIDNT APPRECIATE OR DESERVE THIS INCONVENIENCE OR LIES AND FALSE INFORMATION! I WISH EVERYONE WHO TRIES TO GET OVER ON OTHERS THINK OF THEMSELVES THEIR KIDS OR FAMILY BEFORE DOING EVIL THINGS, AND REMEMBER THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!

LIES!! I KNOW HOW MANY MILES ICE PUT I JUST STATED IT WRONG!! BUT WHAT DO THAT HAVE TO DO WITH YOU SAID THE BATTERY WOULD BE REPLACED AFTER IT WOULDBT STAY STARTED SO THIS WHOLE TIME IVE THOUGHT IT WAS TILL I STARTED HAVING BATTERY ISSUES! SHE IS HIDING BEHIND THAT DESK IN THE OFFICE RESPONDING WITH LIES STILL!! SHE KNOWS SHE LIES AND DO WHAT EVER TO MAKE A SALE!! WHO WOULD PUT 1200 DOWN ON A CAR THAT WONT STAY STARTED WITHOUT REQUESTING FOR A NEW BATTERY AND TRUSTING THAT IT WAS DONE WAS MY ONLY FAULT!! IVE KEPT IT HONEST BUT AS I LOOK AT THE REVIEWS I SEE I SHOULDVE LOOKED AT THIS SITE 1ST BECAUSE YOUR NAME SPEAKS LIES FROM WHAT I SEE!
I KNOW YOU RUN INTO PROBLEMS WITH BUY HERE PAY HERE BUT YOU SUPPOSED TO BE DECENT PEOPLE A PERSON CAN TRUST, AND I STAND ON WHAT WAS SAID AND WHAT I KNOW!! I SAID 1000 MILES MEANING 10,000 BUT STILL UNSURE WHY THATS BEING MENTIONED? YES I SAID IM GOING TO BBB TO REPORT THE BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU ARE A NASTY LIAR WHO NOW HAS TEXTED ME FROM YOUR PERSONAL NUMBER AND I HAD TO GET NASTY AND UGLY WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU NOT GOING TO DECIDE TO LIE AND ALSO TEXT MY PHONE WITHOUT HAVING A BUSINESS NEED TO, AND THEN BE SMART! On May 17th my husband and I test drove both the Kia Soul & the Hyandai Santa Fe. Monica the salesperson ask how we like both and I explained that there was alot to fix on the Sante Fe that the ABS light, traction control light, and anti lock brake light was all on she stated it was due the the battery being drain. My husband explained that the battery wasn't drain the car stated right up. The problem is that these issue need to be fixed with this system but we like the 2010 Kia Soul she said we could pull $200 down to hold the Kia Soul until we had the down payment paid. We agree, think that the Kia Soul would be sold for the price on the internet of $5095. On May 18th my husband and I went back put the down payment to hold this car the 2010 Kia Soul at the time was still on the website for $5095 with $800 down. Yet, Monica the salesperson in the office said she couldn't sale it for this price. This is false advertising. She told me that the price is now $6395 with $1200 down and $200 to hold until down payment was paid off. Yet still on the website for the lower price. 1st this lady doesn't know nothing about cars or she would know the Hyandai Santa Fe has problem nothing to do with a battery and you can't charge more than the advertised price. We walked away. Don't recommend buy from someone who isn't honest and lies.

My wife and I were ready to purchase a vehicle from Monica we visited the dealership yesterday to test drive and I caught her in two lies and then we went back to try to work out the details to purchase the car I caught her in more lies and then asked to speak with the owner she lied once again if said vehicle cannot be sold for advertised price then I will be contacting the motor vehicle commission for the state and report them and I strongly suggest anyone else that has had problems do the same thing also. It's sad that the owner is missing out on money to be made by letting employees lie to the customer.

I bought a truck from Monica and im loving it. She was very nice and above all she was very open and up front with me. It was a joy talking with her and buying here. The way I was treated goes a long way with me and they will definitely have my return business.

King Automotive is a great place to get a used car for a fair price , they are also human and will work with you if its possible . Love Monica there is a very warm hearted and overworked without good help , but will still go above and beyond to assist you .

If you’re planning to buy a car, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. All the comments stating the recklessness of this company is MORE than TRUE. This business is full of con artist who sell cars that have major issues. They do NOT have reliable cars & lights will come on within days of you driving their vehicles. Wes, the main mechanic, does not fix anything. He will just reset the codes. PLEASEE don’t fall for these scammers, they’ll run you for your money. I pray anybody whose planning on buying a car doesn’t make the same mistake with trusting this company.

If you need a vehicle, PLEASEEE look elsewhere. I got 2 vehicles from this place and BOTH have a lot of problems. The mechanic is also the car lot owner and he is a complete JOKE! He won’t fix anything and will not even acknowledge that there’s an issue even if the vehicle is in front of him. Both vehicles had no lights upon getting them and lights came on a few days later after some driving. HE TURNS THEM OFF! LITERALLY. When I say something to them, they act shocked but it’s most vehicles if not all. Contract will state they will fix any issues but it’s a complete lie. I have spent so much money fixing a vehicle that i only had for a month. She claimed they’d compensate me for that and they never have. They are some serious con artist, and will try and threaten to send the police to your house if you say you no longer want the vehicle and for them to come and take it because it is just sitting.
