Answering the phone would be nice… like any time.Have tried calling multiple times over the course of a week and no answer. So now I will drive the 30 mins to my nearest Kay’s. Not a great experience

Rude service. Today they opened late. Walked in 3rd in line- came in for an adjustment of a watch that was bought here that ended up loose on my dads wrist. Bought it a couple days ago and was told they'll adjust it anytime. Ok well my dad was excited to wear it went in to get adjusted to fit him only to be told to our face “no we cant do it we are busy.” And on to the next person. Amazing. “Anytime” apparently only applies when they are trying to sell you something. Good to know. If this wasnt a gift i would've returned the item on the spot.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Kay Jewelry Store in Mt. Juliet, TN, and I must say that their customer service exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist.The staff (Randy and the associates at this location-was simply AMAZING to work with)at Kay Jewelers was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their products. They patiently answered all my questions, providing detailed explanations about the various gemstones, metals, and designs. I called to ask if the store was open. They said yes, they were. I drove directly there and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for lunch till 2:15! Thanks for the drive. Not doing business with you.

I can't say enough about this location!!I have not good about keeping up with my warranty checks on my wedding ring. I have had it since 2005. So many years of not being good on my warranty. Last time I went to this location for work on my set was also many years ago.I came in with a missing diamond in my enhancer. Last time I had to replace 2 of the diamonds because they were chipped (baguettes are good for that).Anyways, Randall was so polite and so patient while finding my information, so we could see what was covered or not covered. We found it, took a little bit, but he found it. I knew I needed to replace 2 if not all of those baguettes. We got to talking and I mentioned how I would love to replace the baguettes with emeralds instead of diamonds. I figured it would cost more the to do diamonds but I was wrong! So off my ring went to jeweler #1. All prongs were needing to be redone and that was still covered under my warranty even though I had not been god about going every 6 months. The jeweler said they couldn't get emeralds that small. What a bummer! Luckily, though, he chipped my solitaire Diamond during repair, yes I said luckily. Well that was found by another worker. So they ordered another diamond of BETTER quality and a smidge bigger in size that has a CERTIFICATION number in it! I didn't even know that was such a thing! Very cool to see that!Randall said let's send it off to a different jeweler this time and let's see about the emeralds with her. Well my ring just got done and I have everything I wanted and more.They went above and beyond for me and I can't wait to bring some more jewelry their way that I have warrant on. I also am going to be better about getting my jewelry checked every 6 months as well. I look forward to it.I forgot to mention how they remembered who I was after the first meeting! Super impressed!!Y'all are great and I am a very pleased customer!

Do NOT waste your time here. My husband purchased a ring here for my graduation and less than a month later a stone fell out. The stone and ring were sent to be repaired and I was told it was going to cost twice the purchase price to reset the stone, even though the prong wasn't damaged. After being laughed at I was told that the estimate was incorrect, it would cost the same as the original purchase price. I have escalated this to corporate and am being told that it will be 7 to 10 business days before someone can help me. Save yourself the hassle and headache and shop elsewhere.

Last summer, July 2021 was the first time I came to this Kay. I needed two rings soldered together so I shipped them off and was told a two week turn around. Two weeks comes and no one communicates with me. I check the tracking number and it says my rings are still at repair but I call the store anyway. One of my rings had been returned a week prior and I was never notified. I went to pick it up and asked about my second ring and it was as if it had gone missing. Long story short, I didn't get that second ring back for almost another two weeks and I had to go in store multiple times to follow up because they did not answer their phone. Well fast forward to March 2023, I was going to give the shop one more chance. I needed a repair on one of my rings so I kept the other at home and brought it in. I was told it will be available 4/3 for pick up. Called 4/3, my tracking showed my ring was in transit back to shop and nothing from the shop. I called over a dozen times from two cell phones and no answer over a three day period. Finally I walked into store 4/5 and they told me my ring had been delivered but they couldn't give it to me. I said I was not leaving until I got that ring. To top it off, while there I spoke with another angry customer who was getting married in two months, had an email verifying her rings had arrived and the shop tried to tell her they didn't have them. She told me her experience was similar to mine and funny enough when she stood up for herself the man walked into the back and found an unmarked box with her rings. Will make the extra drive next time to Murfreesboro or Hendersonville. I recommend all interested customers to do the same.

The ring in Kay Jewelers was 9k. We got it for 4k Cash!! . I take that as a win/win for us!!! I wanted a pair of earrings as well . Looks like we are going back to JCP. Word of advise get some help or lose money !! Will not be back
