2/6/24 I called the Sewing Machine department where I had bought a sewing machine. I asked when I could bring my machine in because I was having difficulty with the buttonhole feature. She began to question whether I had bought the machine there and if it was bought in a box. I reassured her that I bought the Singer machine at the Mt. Juliet location. She iterated that she was leaving at 1pm. I asked her if I could schedule a time to bring the machine in, she said that she didn’t know when someone was going to be available and said again that she’s leaving at 1pm. This display of behavior and tone of voice was unprofessional in a business. I ended the conversation by saying I am sorry that I called and caused a disruption in her day.

They need more registers open. Every time I go in there I find myself standing in a long line. Get more help specifically for cash register!

This store is in shambles. Seriously - I have never seen a Joann look this bad. It is dirty, disheveled and so many bare shelves. The website says they have stuff that is not on the shelves...probably because its still in boxes all over the store. They have been on reduced hours for months yet are advertising for part time help in the window...perhaps you need full time help?? Providence Marketplace is a really nice shopping center and this is a prime location. This store needs to shape up.

Cut hours are inconvenient - and my pick up orders are usually cancelled even though the website says they have plenty of the items in stock. I guess I’ll start going to Michael’s. Joann’s is horribly unreliable.

First of all, the staff is very nice and helpful. Some departments are a little disorganized, especially with small items. The store sometimes looks cluttered. They were closed in the middle of the day last week due to lack of staff. As far as selection, the fabric selection is mediocre at best.

This is the worst crafting store I have ever been to. You get any help from the people who works there. No one in the store will give you information about products. And every employee in the building has a attitude. if they can't run the business right they just need to close the store. I have a small business where I have to go to a crafting store for my products and I can't even get them. My business has been falling because I can't get the help or product I need on top of that customer service is no help either I have been trying to find another crafting store to take my business to because something has to change if I have to rely on JoAnns my business will fall apart this is crazy

Profile says hours updated by business a week ago —and they are closed, an hour before they are scheduled to according to this…sign on door says they closed at 6:00PM?! And will be all week…?!

I actually left offended and won’t be coming back here again because of the rude cashier. Not a very nice person to be judging whether or not people donate, you have no idea what people have going on at home, nonetheless to say rude remarks to my face and then continue on saying rude things to other customers when I walk away. Bully behavior

Staff was friendly and helpful! However the store was so hot I started to feel ill by the time I made it to checkout. I'm sure that's controlled by corporate so y'all need to fix that pretty please. Sale signage was also placed in a misleading way near fabric that was not in fact on sale, which was disappointing.

Lindsey was a great help in finding fabric that I wanted and took the time to order it for me!

Store has posted a sign saying they close at 6pm now… signed in and drove over for a pickup to find a closed store ?

It's apparently rocket science to change store hours online to notify customer's the store now closes 3 hours earlier...

This store cut my fabric incorrectly (2 feet short) and when I called the store to remedy it, they told me they could not do anything because I had already cut into it. I offered to bring the pieces, they told me that was not acceptable. Amber, the manager, told me she did not have a boss I could talk to when I felt she was not listening or being empathetic to my situation. All I wanted was the fabric replaced, or a refund because I did not receive what I paid for and it rendered the fabric unusable. When I was quilting, I spent hours cutting out the squares/pieces, only to realize that I was short 2 feet and could not even use all the work I did. Mistakes happen, I'm not blaming the person who cut my fabric, but I am bummed that the store made no effort to make the situation better or work with me. Disappointed to say I won't be back here, because I used to use it for all my fabric needs.

I love this store, mainly bc I make jewelry and sew a few things for myself & grand girls! There were no sales this time, but I did find some of the things I was looking for! Plenty of parking, even wheel- chairs in side the store for those whom may need them! It's a shame this company pulled out of Cookeville Before we moved here! It's quite a trick to Mt. Juliet, though!!
