“I could not be happier. I lost my wedding band over a year ago so instead of buying a new ring, I decided to see if I could have something done with a couple of existing rings. I had contacted them about some custom work, combining 2 rings. Dwight Belew had done some work for me back in the 1990s so I actually talked to him and found he had retired. He recommended Gregory but stated that all their jewelers are very good. Jacob was my initial contact at the store and even he said Gregory was the best. My request was not an easy one - combining my grandmother's ring that was almost 100 years old with a modern one that had the main stone removed but channel sets were intact. I showed them what I was thinking and Gregory drew it out to make sure we were on the same page. They both spent around an hour in consultation with me. The initial due date came and went. I checked on it a few times over the next several weeks and it still wasn't ready. They were very apologetic each time and being a jewelry artist myself, I fully understand how things don't always go as planned so I was very patient about it. Would rather have it done right, than rushed. I finally got to pick it up today and I am thrilled with how it turned out. It is exactly what I envisioned and one of the most beautiful rings I've ever seen. I could not be happier with it! Jacob was nice enough to waive the appraisal fee because of the long wait. That was unexpected and appreciated . Not only with my job, but my observations of their interactions with other customers showed me that they truly care about making their customers feel important and happy. I would recommend them any day, all day! And as a side note, the store has the most gorgeous Christmas decorations!”

“Great experience! My daughter really wanted her ears pierced but was super nervous. We went midweek and the person working was really helpful and suggested we come at a time when she could get them both pierced at the same time.We went back that Saturday and even though it was much busier, it was worth it to get them done at once. Both of the people doing it were very patient with her and understanding as it took her several minutes to actually go through with it. She was all smiles after. Definitely recommend!”
