Photo studio is rude and unprofessional. We have 3 families here to spend hundreds on holiday photos. 4 pm appt time. Sara- associate-Will not start with first family. One family member in restroom- opps sorry can't start. We need all people here. Will not return.

I went in yesterday because I had been coloring my hair with boxed color for years and wanted to change the color back to my original hair color and cut it after growing it super long. The lady that I saw I believe her name was Brandi? She was great and did her best to get the boxed color out of my hair and give me the look that I wanted. I love my new cut and color and would definitely recommend going to see her at this location…

It's rare that one has a "salon-experience" and comes away completely satisfied with facility, staff, price AND performance- but this place is IT!! My search for the perfect salon for me is OVER!Great cut/style, and personable service. I look forward to visiting again.

I got my daughter haircut done my Ms. Chloe today 10/16/2021. Ms. Chloe was superb, highly professional and took awesome care of my daughter. I highly recommend her for all haircut needs.

I haven't been inside one of these stores since I was knee-high to a grasshopper, but I was looking for some new jeans and my son needed shoes. Typically, JCPenney wouldn't be my first or even third choice to clothes shop, but this location is about 5-minutes from my house, sooo YOLO! The layout here hasn't changed since I was a kid. Home goods in the back, clothes in the front. The men's jeans selection is super small and the store was destroyed. Clothes, toys, and shoes just kind of strewn about everywhere. We didn't find any shoes for my son, but I did buy one pair of pants. The line to check out was insanely long. Stretching all the way into the bedding area. One thing we did notice, there were zero workers on the floor while we shopped and only four people checking guests out. Needless to say I don't think I'll be coming back to JCPenney for a long time or ever. Sorry, JCPenney. You're out!

Horrible Customer Service Ordered a Comforter set thru JCPenney.com for store pick-up. You have to go to back if store to retrieve. I asked to use a buggy and was told I was not allowed per CDC regulation. I asked if CDC regulation why is it that every other store in this Shopping Plaza has buggies for customers? I asked what about elderly or persons with ailments who sometimes use buggy just lean on or assist with walking? Or simply if you want to shop and not have to hold your items while looking? The rep I spoke with in Customer Service told me this affects their employees livelihood. I informed her they've lost a customer. End result I returned my comforter set and ordered a more expensive set from Belk. I was greeted at the door. I advised of my online order. It was brought to front for me. And she offered to help me to my car. I asked for a buggy and was given one promptly. Upon returning the buggy she met me 1/2 way. I watched her wipe down buggy (only took a short time - satisfying CDC regulation in my opinion). Bottomline- Customers still want to be treated with respect and humanity. Not like a disease waiting to infect you. As demonstrated by Belk you can stay safe and show your customers their money matters.

When they first opened I had gone for 3 or 4 years with no complaints but ever since then everytime I call they can't locate me by name or phone number for several minutes, I show up for my appointment and it's under wrong names and there is confusion everytime who is suppose to cut my hair. Last time they didn't even ask what kind of cut I wanted, no offer to wash or dry of fix it but still paid over 40 for a haircut that was totally uneven.I'm too terrified to return to have them fix it and will not be returning.

I’ve here a handful of times and always leave happy. I’ve gotten highlights done, prom updos, haircuts, and other color done and it’s a fair price. Lindsay is great! All the stylists are friendly and know what they are doing at a reasonable price. I always come back.

The slowest service in history. Receptionist double books. Stylist take their gradual time adding additional services without your consent and no regards for your time. Worst expereince. Never coming back again!!! Save your money people.
