Clean rooms,comfortable beds,and good choices for breakfast. Stayed 4 nights, shower water was just warm 3 mornings
and a lot better on the 4th. Definitely not a comfortable temperature.

We came to move my son, his wife and our grand baby girl back to AZ. The location, price and amenities were great! The breakfast was good, just wished it was open later since we missed it one morning. I loved the bed and really nice bathroom.

My husband and I decided on a last minute get away for the weekend and booked our room online. We drove roughly 5 hours and arrived around 1am. We go inside to check in and the night shift guy, John(an older white guy with glasses) had an immediate attitude with us as soon as we walked in the door. I had booked the room to pay when we arrived. I put my card information in but my husband was going to be using his to pay. His card is custom designed so it wasn’t a typical card and John refused to allow us to check in.

We were exhausted upon arrival. The bed and pillows were amazing, like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was nice. Great area to stay.

Rodney, and the housekeeping staff are awesome!! We stay here every couple of months for a few days and are always pleased and amazed at Rodney's assistance, knowledge and support. The rooms are super clean, and breakfast is always top notch. We continue to return to this Holiday Inn because of the staff and the superb accommodations.

Probably the most cleanest IHG property I have staid at! From the lobby , elevator to our room it smelled like fresh lemongrass. Inside the room smelt just as clean. You can tell housekeeping takes pride in their job! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I arrived later in the evening and the young man at the desk was SO helpful and friendly.P.s if you see a staff member by the name of Wayne, don't be startled by his bright Malibu Barbie pants ? he really is that friendly. Oh! And the pool was heated! Overall, it was a great stay! My 11 year old gives this location a 10/10!

Spent the weekend in Nashville and stayed at the Holiday Inn for 2 nights. The staff is very nice especially the gentleman that works nights when I checked in. The room is what I expected but the details are what matters to me. It was very clean. The furniture is nice without scuffs and marks. The bedding was perfect. Soft and comfortable but not too comfortable. Just right. The bathroom facility actually has shampoo, conditioner and body wash in normal size containers not the tiny ones. There is a heated indoor pool and it was divine. The breakfast in the morning absolutely exceeded my expectations and there is a Starbucks and Papa John's directly next store plus multiple other shopping, grocery and restaurants extremely close. I am recommending this hotel to the fullest. It simply checks all the boxes. UPDATE: Apologies not accepted. Your hotel was the ONLY place on my trip that credit card was used. And since it was given to your employee at check-in, you did have access to the full credit card number. I would think that you might be interested in that, but clearly you don't care.Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Room was older but ok. Staff was very friendly. But when checked my credit card I used, there was two unauthorized charges. One was from a Pizza restaurant in Nashville wish I didn't visit during my stay. Because of this, I will definitely not return to this hotel. Discover Card was contacted and they are doing an investigation but IHG refused to help in any way.

I have stayed at over 200 IHG branded hotels and this is one of the best! It was the little things the staff was friendly, my room was made up perfect every day like I just checked in and the best part was the complimentary was hands down the best one I have had all 3 days I was here. You can tell the attendant takes great care in setting up her breakfast for everyone she paid attention to all of the details even staking all the plates in a way that was easier to grab and decorative. Everything fresh and honestly good for being included in your stay. Great job to this staff and thank you!
