I go once a month to this store and absolutely love it every time. I find more than I need and all that I want. Everyone has been helpful and courteous. I do wish there was a map or something to help find certain items. There is not always an employee to help, I had to go find them. The cashier's do not know the store.

I rated this place with a low rating, the lowest I've ever given a business. Here's why. I walked into the store, and asked for assistance with finding an item. The lady at the cash register directed me to Crafts, with no specificity. I kindly asked her if she could be more specific, since Crafts is such a big section. She said there would be someone back there to help me. THAT was her customer service! She didn't offer to call anyone or help me beyond her vague instructions. I immediately got on the phone and called Joann's Fabrics to see if they carried the item for which I was looking, and they did! On my way out the door, I told the lady how rude she was, and how dismissive her help was. I told her that her cs was horrible. I was looking for supplies for our VBS craft, and told her that my church always supported this store. She then apologized, because I called her out on her rudeness. Consequently, I told her I was going elsewhere. In my haste to get to church, I ended up calling the manager omw to church. He was very apologetic, and said he would handle the situation, and that's all. Not only did Joanne's have the BEST customer service, but when I shared my Hobby Lobby experience, she gave me an additional 15% off my purchase. No Hobby Lobby for me for a looooong time. This is why I will choose other stores or Amazon!

I absolutely love Hobby Lobby! They are always well stocked in merchandise for all seasons. They have a large variety of home decor, and the employees are always nice and helpful.

Will I was trying to match some simple crochet colors to some yarn .when I pulled it out of my purse I had. All of a sudden I had employees came and where standing there. No one ask if I needed help. I was looking for the yard to match what I had. I also was looking for some other items but they did not ask if I needed any help. Had another employee walking behind me. I had to go online to find where I can go and get the other items. Oh there was no prices on the yarn. Had no ideal what the price was. I do believe that when I went into my purse pulled my simples I had and then pulled another crochet piece I had to fine the color. I put the one back that is when I had these employees around me. It made me feel like they thought I was going to shoplift. So I got to the register I showed they cashier my simple said that was mine and open my purse so they could see I had nothing. I will order online the next time.

Per corporate, they are suppose to take Apple Pay but don’t. Love their decor but if you’re out and about and for whatever reason need to use Apple Pay, go to at home store instead
