Normally I LOVE this place but I think it’s time I find a new place to bring my kids. Like most people, I work until 5pm & they close at 5pm, so I can’t get there. I had to work a few weekends in a row & couldn’t get there before they closed. Now, the week before Easter, the app said Good Friday they were open until 8pm. It was the ONLY day I could get them there after work. I signed in at 4pm while still at work & it now showed them closing at 5pm. I called & they verified it on the phone. I asked about Saturday & they said the app starts appts taking check ins at 9:05. So we went down to the place at 8:45am to walk in…there’s a line & we are told walk ins will be a 2 hour wait…there’s no checking yet, it doesn’t start for another 20 mins! So instead of getting ready for company, we are now looking for another option. I work with the public too & I understand appts vs walkins, but this is ridiculous! There has to be a better way than this.

Horrible. The blond with short hair completely screwed me over. This is what I asked for. She CHOPPED my hair off so short it won't even go in a hair tie.

Prices have gone up 3 times over the last 3-4 months. And now they don’t even list them. So it’s a surprise what you pay each time you go in.The hair cut was mediocre. Not bad. I paid $18 last month for a men’s haircut and this month I paid $20. Quality is far from a barber shop. Just wish I knew what I was paying before I make the appointment. I can pay another $5-$10 and go to a barber and get a full service haircut, shoulder massage, razor neck shave and quality cut.

I grow my hair out and donate it to Wigs 4 Kids. A friend of mine told me that great clips offers free haircuts to those who donate to them. I was charged full price which isn't a big deal but the majority of my hair was left on the floor and not going to some kid that needs it. I feel like the last four years was a waste.

Brandon is really nice and does a great job cutting my hair. But they need more hair stylist. There was only 3 there on a Saturday. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours before getting in.
