I’ve been going to Great Clips for years, and after how I was treated yesterday, I will no longer be a customer. I came in after work for a trim and the man who cut my hair was a nightmare. He made disparaging comments to me about how I should have washed my hair before coming in because I had hairspray and gel in my hair. The way he said it so quietly into my ear was shocking and disconcerting and humiliating to me as well. He then continued the hair cut by yanking the brush through my hair so roughly like a little child throwing a fit. I sat through the cut shocked at his behavior. If this is the kind of employee your company thinks is ok to work with the general public, then I can no longer be a customer. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated at a business.

Checking in online does nothing. It’s first come first serve with this location and if your anywhere near closing time they’ll tell you they can’t take you. I just walked in and they had no one waiting in store but turned me around anyways. There was open seats with employees cleaning up when they could’ve helped me out. You are better off going to a different location or just flat out calling them out on there inability to preform their duties that the job requires. All I wanted was a touchup.

This is my go-to spot for perfect haircut! My primary stylist is Shana, she's amazing and cuts my hair EXACTLY the way I like. The other stylists are great as well, always polite and friendly.

Jason is an absolute G! I showed him a picture of how I wanted my hair cut, and he nailed it. I’ve had haircuts in the past and it was messed up every time from this location. The fading was wrong and usually left the salon unsatisfied. But this time was great. He deserves a raise for sure. Mr or Mrs manager, if you read this, give this man a raise. He genuinely knew what he was doing. And no this is not a paid review. It’s legit. I’ve been coming to great clips for a while now, great experience this time. Again he deserves a raise. Alex the Gamer- Jason is an absolute G!! I showed him the picture of how I wanted my hair cut and he nailed it! Spot on!! Great guy! He genuinely knows what he's doing and he's funny . I showed him a picture of my faded haircuts in the past, and he said "that's not a faded haircut! Lemme do it right." Boy he wasn't lying when he said that. Great Job! Give this man a raise. Seriously

I have gone to this great clips for years, but my recent experience with one of their new hires was the worst haircut I’ve ever received. It was an older white gentleman in baggy pants and a beanie. I showed him a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted, and I stressed that I wanted to keep the length of my hair. He proceeded to cut off 4 plus inches of hair from the top and shave the sides and back down to a 3. My request was completely ignored. I also tried to speak to him during the cut, and he completely ignored me. He would respond with a grunt or a fake laugh. Genuinely the worst cut experience I’ve ever had, and I won’t be coming back.

The guy was just in a hurry to finish his work irrespective of the results. Gives no f about what you want and gets irritated if you ask him to do something. Worst experience.

Mt. Juliet TN absolute worst. Five states I've used this franchise. Tennessee is by far the worst. I quit going to one town here because it was so bad. Well, Mt. Juliet is even worse.

Messed up my haircut the four times I went there. But the service is nice and kind. The ability to online check in is great. In all, not the best place to get a haircut unless you aren’t picky.Service: Haircut
