This location has now been closed for 3 weeks.. With no explanation and there are employees inside not doing anything doing anything. This is the only 1st horizon around here why aren't you guys open?

First Tennessee Bank is probably the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot comprehend the stupidity. I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone I know.

I've been coming to this bank for over 5 years and will literally go nowhere else. The customer service is always on point, and I have never had any issues. I love the tellers Karen and Tina, and I feel like they're my friends I've been seeing them for so long.

2nd time in a row they have not posted funds correctly to my account resulting in delays. This has caused multiple late fees simply because of the tellers inability to follow simple directions. I would recommend finding another financial institution.

If you're not a First Tennessee Bank member go somewhere else for an ATM. The fees here are highway robbery.
