FedEx do not care about it's customers. They were created as a delivery company and yet they can't seem to deliver! Lord forbid we get 2 inches of snow on the road because they apparently shut down for a week! USPS, UPS and Amazon have all delivered to my address this past week and yet FedEx have been nowhere to be seen. I wish there was a way to specify that any online orders are NOT sent via FedEx. I am over them and their incompetence.

REPEATEDLY DELIVERS TO WRONG HOUSE EVEN AFTER I PUT IN SPECIFIC DETAILS ON THEIR WEBSITE TO IDENTIFY MY HOUSE. house # in 4” on mailbox! CUSTOMER SERVICE NO HELP!!! This was a box with over $2K of items. Was parts I ordered for customers. FedEx says it will be resolved within 10 days and they can do it any quicker. Never have problems with UPS. FedEx drivers can’t even read box numbers evidently. They took spic of the package on the back porch of a house that isn’t even close to me!!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! When we experienced a Delivery Exception, we were told that the shipment would not be delivered until the next day. When I contacted Mt. Juliet's FedEx location and explained that we believed the delivery went to the wrong address, they immediately contacted the driver, who returned to the correct delivery address. Had we relied on FedEx customer Service (at the 800 number), we would not have been able to receive the shipment that day. Staff went way beyond what they were required to do so that the package could be delivered. This is what FedEx used to be like throughout the organization! Now it's hard just to get past the automated attendant!

Driver said he couldn't find package. Tracking shows it being delivered a couple hours after the driver left and signed for by and I quote "signature on file". Since this involved the apparent loss or theft and attempted coverup of firearms components, perhaps I need to get the ATF involved since the current administration is so eager to come down on anything relating to said goods. Or since every move the driver makes is tracked via telematics, someone in management at the Mt Juliet TN ground facility can reach out to me to rectify this situation. Choice is yours.

I have yet to have a package delivered directly to my address. It's usually at the neighbors work garage. This time I don't have a clue where my package is. I can't find anyone to speak with. I'm beyond frustrated and all of these 1-star ratings don't matter to them obviously. ?

I thought it was just my experience that has been terrible, But according to the reviews, within the last few weeks I haven’t been the only one with the same issue! Basically FedEx is stealing your mail and doing whatever they want with them. They aren’r delivering within the time frame given and worst of all, when you call the number you are forced to speak with an automated support system and have no way to speak to a live representative. I’m not sure if it’s only this location, but I’m starting to think that the FED part of FedEx is similar to the Federal Reserve and are just thieves.

I will share my experience factually, as it has been a whirlwind and want other customers to be aware. I called the FedEx 1-800 number, and they assured me my package was available for pick up at this facility. I then drove 40 minutes to this distribution center. I waited for around 30 minutes as the security officers tried to find the person who works the customer service desk, as they had decided to just leave early from their shift. I called all of the numbers at the service desk, and no one ever picked up. Finally another employee came to help me and told me my package was on a trailer that’s not unloaded. He said he would look, then I waited an additional 1.5 hours. They could not find it. I called again the 1-800 number to file a complaint. They told me they have pictures of my two packages unloaded off of the trailer at their facility, and there is no reason they should not have been able to give them to me. I am just so confused about what is going on with this facility and with FedEx as a whole. My package is already multiple days late and has no scheduled delivery date (just says “pending” and “in-transit”). Two other people came to retrieve packages during the two hours I was waiting, and they were also told they could not get their packages. Very odd.

They never actually pick up our scheduled orders. At Dawson logistics. They continue to say that they will give the driver my number no call no show. We end up driving the packages to the facility. We lose a lot of money working with them.

Really bad service. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, after waiting 4 hours past the delivery time with no updates I called. The lady picked up and said that they moved it to another shipment that comes later next week. She said it was incorrectly scanned and put into another truck. She is making ME go PICK IT UP even though it is their problem that it wasn't shipped. best part is they won't let me get it till Monday. They absolutely screwed me over, they didn't send any updates, and I needed this package yesterday.

Horrible service, was not able to change delivery instructions, speak to anyone about scheduling, and when calling they wouldn't connect me with a real person who could assist with my VERY SIMPLE request.

Terrible. Twice in the last two weeks they dropped boxes in front of my garage. 7 the first time that got rained on and were destroyed. I had to move the contents in the boxes to dry boxes. Yesterday 11 boxes IN FRONT OF MY GARAGE DOOR. We were home, they didn't ring the bell, just left them there. I complained the first time, expecting them to NOT do it again but they did. Complete failure!

I had one tracking number that should have had three boxes. Two boxes were delivered. I was told the third box was not deliverable because they didn't know my apartment number. Not only do I live in a house, but how were they able to deliver two out of three if they didn't know if I had an apartment number?

My package has been at Fedex Mt. Juliet hub for over 4 days, I live 6.7 moles from there and still don't have my grandsons birthday gift.
