  Just a drop off. The description says you can ship from here, but when I arrived, they didn’t have any envelopes or boxes. The clerk said they’re actually just a drop-off, so you have to have it packaged for FedEx before you bring it there. They apologized (if you take “sorry, Sugar Pud’” as an apology).

  Fix your hours. Don’t show that your open on weekends, but say you’re closed when I walk in.
