They keep lying about delivering my package first they said it they tried to deliver it to my home and I wasn't there and I was there waiting on the package all day and nobody showed up then I find out it had never left fed ex that day then today they were to deliver it to the dollar store they told me it was there went to pick it up they didn't have it so called fed rx back the person I spoke to then said it was still at fed ex it still hadn't left fed ex all they do is lie they have the worst service I have ever seen and the sure don't go by WWJD lying as much as them people bottom like worse service I have ever received is by fed ex I wouldn't recommend them to anyone the are terrible business people I only wish that the business that sent me that package used another company and I wouldn't put it past me never getting my package after they see my review I will update this review soon and let everyone know if I got my package and when

These reviews make zero sense. Why are you all leaving reviews for this store as if they are the one delivering your packages? This is merely a location that you can drop off your Fedex packages at!I've shipped over a dozen items here, no issues. One time I showed up slightly after close and they opened the door for me so I could drop off my package.Anyways, these "local guides" are dumb as rocks.

Having a constant problem with deliveries from this location where they claim that they cannot deliver to my address and keep sending packages back because of Fetch service used in the apartment building, whereas any other delivery company (including FedEx Express!) delivers to our apartment building with no issues.Even filing a complaint with FedEx itself did not resolve the issue, since even after being instructed by customer service to hold packages before the issue is resolved they kept falsely claiming they cannot deliver to my address and shipping packages back...

Terrible service! Has had multiple problems with them! They leave your package at the wrong door or sometimes not even at a door at all just on the side walk. It’s ridiculous I literally watch the truck pull up sit there and then pull off and marked the package as delivered!!! When he never even got out the car to deliver the package to my door step !!

Have had issues with multiple packages being delivered out of this location. 1. Package was marked as undeliverable for no reason at all. During that time of the day the gate at my complex is open \u0026 I waited near the door for the package as I was eager to receive it. Had to request to pick it up at another location days later. 2. 2 packages being delivered with Apple products were marked as delivered but not delivered to my apartment or apartment office. They were signed for by someone else I’ve never heard of who is not me nor an employee or the complex so who knows where they delivered it to. Further more you have to jump through hoops to file a claim thru FedEx to be able to get a refund for your missing packages. Literally this FedEx is TRASH! I have never in my life had issues with receiving packages until I moved to Nashville. Respectfully, it’s not that hard to deliver packages to the right address.

Every single package I’ve had that has come through this location has had issues.. always late most of the time saying failed delivery or business closed but I have cameras I know nobody came.. I wish there was an option to have package avoid this location I would pay extra for that

Never received my package because it was delivered at the wrong address even though my correct address was on the package. What can I expect, it's fedex. Shrugs.

I receive multiple packages from fed ex, UPS, and UPSP and this location has marked my package as undeliverable multiple times and sent it back to the ULTA warehouse without even attempting to contact me or make delivery. My apartment building is unlocked during business hours and they should have no issue delivering my package. After calling FED EX's customer service line they agreed and opened up an investigation. This is absolutely absurd and I will be requesting to not have fedex packages delivered to me from this point on. I was supposed to receive this package weeks ago and still haven't gotten it, I could've gotten all of this stuff at the store by now. Seems like they are too lazy to actually deliver packages successfully.

I received a package just fine on Thursday July 14, 2022. Now the driver for the last two days is saying that there is a delivery security issue and won't deliver my current order. From the same merchant. To the same address. What changed about my address between Thursday the 14th and Saturday the 16th.? The driver. So unacceptable and I can't do anything about it. Thanks for the great service!

It wasn't bad. Their parking lot was nice and the view from my car as I waited for my wife to finish shopping in the adjacent shops was not unpleasant. All in all, 3/5 stars!
