Thank you Dustin and Farmers for how seamless our last couple of transactions have been with Farmers. My husbands car wouldn't start on the last day of school and he said that it was SO terrific the ease of the system to get a tow truck to come and tow the car. And then again yesterday I was on the interstate and got a flat and no spare, it was again so seamless to work with Farmers. It was also so nice to know that I didn't have to worry about how much towing and mileage was going to cost. To have it in our policy made it so easy. Thank you so much!

I was referred to this agency by a business colleague who said they provide top notch service and great rates. I now have SEVERAL policies with this office and they have been amazing to do business with. They beat my rates I had with my previous provider AND I've experienced nothing but amazing customer service. Jackson Boyd with their office is a TRUE professional-- usually insurance folks take days to reply to requests, but he is SO prompt and always gets me what I need same day- he even helped with obtaining a new landlord policy and assisted my lender with closing the deal (with zero effort on my part) he took care of EVERYTHING!
