Hesitant to find someone new to cut my hair after 10+ years but my hair was in bad shape and needed a good cut badly. I looked at several places in the area and the reviews really sold it. Jane was mentioned all over the reviews so I decided to go and see if she was there and able to do my cut. SHE WAS! Jane was phenomenal. Super personable and confident with her shears. She verified length with me before cutting and when she was done (fairly quickly btw) my hair was gorgeous and healthy again! She preserved a lot of length, which I did not expect, further proving her talent and experience! 10/10 recommended! I will certainly be back!

Beware of this place. I went in for highlights and was there 4 1/2 hours!! I scheduled for first thing in the morning and was called as I was pulling in to say they had to push my appointment back an hour but not a big deal I’ll still be in and out.. but no I missed a very important appointment because this took so long. If my hair had looked nice I would have been ok but I left in tears because the color was horrible!! My hair is orange and my scalp burned from where she left the bleach on so long. I will never go back there again.

I'm so upset about my hair cut today I showed the lady 6 different picture of the same style to make sure she knew what I wanted then explained in detail that I wanted it just below my chin make it fluffy in the back because I have thick hair. She said no problem and since I have glasses I can't see while she was cutting and she when wayyyy to short my hair ending a good but ABOVE my chin and my hair in the back doesn't look textured but just really dense and my whole head is similar to Dora's hair and I'm so disappointed. There was really no reason to even tell the lady what she did because what can you do when it cut wayy above what you wanted there is no fixing it.
I'm not sure who the lady is but she is an older lady with a little bit longer shoulder length hair with glasses.

Moved to the area a year ago and after trying several salons walked into this Fantastic Sams location as it is in the same parking lot as Kroger- and I was so impressed! Have been getting color and cut every month and have always been very pleased- I get a ton of compliments too. Jane is very professional and kind. Highly recommend this Fantastic Sams and Jane Winchell!!

I found my forever hair salon . Jane my hairstylist is absolutely amazing. I love the compliments I get on my hair style and color. She is a genius! I see her about every three weeks. She is my treat! Her kindness, her personality and her expertise in hair make up for one awesome woman in this field .Fantastic Sams has a gem.And what better than 2 minutes away from my home. This was my second visit with Jane, getting a body perm, hair washed, dryed and cut! Needless to say, I am really happy with Jane @ this Fantastic Sams. I go to this shop which is over a 100 miles from my home. I found Jane while visiting my daughter. Jane is very knowledgeable, she listens to what you want, and when you are turned around to see yourself, you don't gasp at your appearance. As long as Jane is at this Fantastic Sams, I will be returning every 3 month for my body perm. And in-between visits for cut and style.There are plenty of hair shops in my area. I wanted to go to someone who knows how to take care of my hair, do what my hair needs to be healthy and stay as stylish as possible! I Love that I have found such a place that cares so much for their clients.I would Give them 10 stars if I could. And Jane, well let's just say she is a great person who is friendly and kind, I told her the first time I went there what I wanted for my hair to look like. Now I go in and set down and she just does my hair. That is a real hairstylist! I really enjoy having that confidence in someone.I have been to so many that were nightmares and at certain times, just cut it myself!Not anymore, I will be a regular now!P.s. I absolutely love Jane at Fantastic Sam's at Providence. She is fantastic with color and cuts. Jane gives the best massage/shampoo's I have ever had! So relaxing! So glad I found this shop & Jane!
