Top notch service! I had taken my car to the dealership for an oil change & tire rotation. When I got home I found out that one of my lug nuts was missing. I don’t know if they left it off or if it fell off on the way home. I went to the MJ Discount Tire and Lloyd was able to find a matching lug nut in his bin of spares. He replaced the lug nut and checked the torque on all of the others to make sure they were okay and got me on my way. What a great company and a great employee!

Just can't seem to get respectable service from Discount Tire at any of their locations and this last trip in Mt. Juliet was just ridiculous, finally get my order after laying around lost for weeks. Finally got things straightened out but I'm not sure I can depend on Discount Tire in the future.

A+ service! I recently had a flat tire with a nail in it. I got to this location a few mins before they opened without an appointment. They opened promptly at 8 with smiling faces and started helping me right away. The vehicle I brought it was new and not in there system yet, but since it was a previous customer with my old vehicle they plugged the hole in my tire at no charge and had me out the door in 23 minutes! They were professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention upon handing me the receipt from my visit, they held the door open for me, had my car pulled up to the curb and my A/C on ready for me continue my day!

My vehicle needed hub centric rings because it had aftermarket wheels.
After service, I found out that they put one of the rings in my glove box and didn't bother to tell me about it. Poor service.

Thank you so much Discount Tire Mount Juliet! for getting my husband off the interstate today! If it wasn’t for your strive and awesomwness today it would have been there till Tuesday! Jackson and his co worker Michael did everything they could to get us a brand new set of tires for EXTREMELY good price. Having a tire on deck for our blowout. And having them installed Monday. ASAP. You guys rock and thank you SINCERELY

Went in with a screw in my front driver tire (thank you downtown construction) asking for a patch, unable to patch unfortunately due to location of screw in tire but was able to work with me for a new driver side tire. And this is just another great example of why I personally will always go to discount tire! Thank you guys for helping a lady out! 5 stars! ❤️

I had appointment at 12:30 today for tire balanceing only. I dropped it off a few minutes after 12. There wasn't very many car in the parking lot at that time. After dropping off my car I walked around and did some shopping and came back around 1:15 and my car hadn't moved yet and the place was packed with cars and people. As I waited I noticed that people were coming in and in a short time there car were taking back for tires or what ever they were having done. At a few minutes before 2 I decided that I wasn't going to get my tires balanced anytime soon. So I asked them for my keys so I could go. The young man talked to another guy and they seen that I had my appointment at 12:30 and that they screwed up and wanted to know if I wanted to wait and they would be it in now. I declined the offer because I new that it would be a rush job and probably wouldn't be done correctly. Then they had a hard time finding my keys because they weren't with the service work order they were someplace else. Also I bought my tires from them less than a year ago and I don't drive that much and my tires were a 9 on there scale and the scale starts at 11. This is concerning about the wear of the tires. They are Michelin not cheap tires.

My daughter bought four new tires and was completely satisfied. However, while on a road trip she had a flat tire, which is not the fault of the tire business. For some reason the lug nuts would not come off so she called Triple A and the guy could not get the nuts off either and had to tow her car to a garage. Out of frustration she called Discount Tires to tell what happened. An employee told her that the lug nuts were not cross threaded but over heated. He proceeded to tell her that while driving, the lug nuts got too hot and swelled so tight that they got stuck. How hard is it to show some concern, offer a 10% or 20% discount for the inconvenience and they could make up for it with labor cost? They wouldn't lose a penny but could have made a customer feel appreciated.
What a complete load of B.S. She would have appreciated the truth or some empathy instead of a made up fairy tale. I will never do business there again.

Discount tire in Mount Juliet Tennessee has great people there . They are nice and pleasant and they got us in and out within an hour and they were very busy. We had a tire go flat on our tow car on our way to Florida from Kentucky. Lloyd was very nice and friendly and helped us get back on the road. We recommend this store and give 5 stars or more for sure.

These guys are all amazing! I had an accident that blew out two of my tires and required new wheels! ? They worked me in, and the price was amazing. It was the first time I had been to the Mt. Juliet location. I'm so impressed! The Lebanon location is great, too.
