DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!
bought a tent the wind blew it down and tore it all up. Couldn't fit it in the car to return. Customer service said just go tell the store and get your money back. Ashley the manager said customer service is wrong???? Not sure what's going on down there. Buyer beware!!!

The people were nice.
But the store really lacks as far as purchase options. I sat in the parking lot afterwards and ordered the shoes for my Wife, we had came for. Academy is a much better store yall!

Great store, wonder staff however... Can you fix the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom? I don't think it could be any closer to the ground than it already is.
I'm 5' 11" and an average sized male with zero mobility issues and even I was having issues with bending over to reach this.

Went in to exchange a pair of shoes I received for Mother’s Day and the cashier couldn’t find the purchase. Told me to contact customer service for a receipt. I called and got a receipt. Went back in and she couldn’t process the return so the manager came up. The receipt customer service sent didn’t have a bar code and then we realized it was 5 days passed the 90 day return window. Manager said he could give me $3 for my $90 pair of Nikes that were not worn. I left and called customer service again, I was told the manager can make an exception. I went back in and manger told me no he couldn’t no way to override. I told him I would no longer shop at DSG and he said ok and went on about his conversation with the two other employees. A gift was purchased I guess too far in advance, shoes unworn and a receipt
Was provided for proof of purchase - you have the shoes still in store. Ridiculous.

I had a very bad experience here today. A lady named Skylar refused to help me after I asked for different sizes of shoes. I felt uncomfortable and I felt like I was an inconvenience. I will not be shopping here again. There is no customer service or friendliness, the environment is not welcoming or positive.

Me and my father went here wanting to see some of the driver releases such as the paradigm and the stealth 2. As well as look at potential new sets for my father. The older gentlemen wanted to do everything but help us and refused to let us use the simulator for the new drivers. He kept saying we weren't good enough to use them then bragged about how good his game is. If this is the standard here it's a very poor representation of this building. I've had awesome interactions before. I guess that's what happens when you have people that do not want to work. Don't be rude condescending and don't try to make it sound like you're so much better than others. No one cares that you are whatever handicap. Be a decent human being. My father once we left was so upset he said yeah I'm never shopping here again. So we ended up getting the driver from a local pro shop instead.

I went in early on a Monday, for reference, but all the staff that I crossed paths with were friendly and the store was very clean and well organized with a wide range of products. I found what I needed quickly and checkout was easy. The cashier was nice and helpful, she informed me that by adding my phone number the store will put a copy of my receipt under it for a little while in case I lose my physical copy, which I think is pretty convenient.

Sadie was one of the most rude, sarcastic employees I've ever seen here. Immediately left and will never shop here again.

Employees were nice. Good selection on what we needed. Some good sales every now and then. Golf section is really good. Kayak section was kinda lacking. I’m assuming the partial remodel had something to do with this.

We were STRUGGLING with finding soccer cleats.. MASON was a wonderful help! Trying about 15 pairs he made sure to find the perfect cleat.Thank you Mason!

We purchased soccer cleats. Our son wore them once and they hurt his feet. When trying to return them the manager told us they could not be returned since they had been worn. When I called nike they told me they have a 60 day no questions asked return policy. Now we have to go through Nike directly to do this. Come on Dick’s, why can’t you support a policy like this in store when the manufacturer has a clear cut policy?
