In store help is frustrating. Asked to help find an item in the pharmacy area - “We’re not Target employees”

These people answer the phone and get right to it. The staff are quick and courteous. The pharmacists spend as much time as needed for understanding. And they all know how to plow through the evils of insurance. Great communication with doc offices. And they work on synchronizing script renewals, so there are fewer trips. We've left two pharmacies over bad service, one had questionable practices. The other always had long wait times with staff idling. The CVS staff will come from the back to keep the lines short. After about 6 years, this place has never given us cause to doubt.

Very limited staff all the time. Whenever I’m at this location, it took me about 15 to 20 minutes in the line waiting to pick my medicine.

Always a line of people past the isles takes 15 minutes to check one person out. Was standing in a pick up lane when 3 people skipped me from drop off. Waiting in the isles people are shopping in there needs to be a better more efficient system in place than waiting a hour to pick up one medication.

I transferred from a CVS in Lebanon due to the customer service because they always made me feel like my questions weren’t valid, only to be met with the exact same attitude at this CVS. Only difference is they answer the phone at this one lmao. I’m not sure who was working this morning at 9 but someone ask if she’s okay because she hung up on me before I could ask her myself… ? (I think I’m just gonna avoid all CVS pharmacies moving forward).

Was a tad frustrated as I got home and the medicine was expired back in May 2023. Went back to the store for them to say that the manufacturer extended the expiration date on the medicine out another 180 days. This may be true, it may not. But the box says it expired in May. Would be okay if they had added a label or informed me ahead of time, but not cool to get home and open the box with it being expired. Asked for a box that wasn't expired. The best they had was a box that expired 4 days ago. 4 days is fine and I'm sure it'll do it's job, but something like medicine shouldn't be given out to customers if it says expired.

The service is okay. Some are nicer than others. My complaint is their shortened hours. Now there is always a line 10 people deep. I guess I will help reduce the lines by going elsewhere.

The Pharmacist Jennifer is terrible. We've never had an issue getting my son's ADHD medicine for years until she was in charge. She refuses to fill his medicine on the 30 day saying it's early. I'm not quite sure what everyone's children are doing for school and adults for work when they don't have their medicine. A very unsafe procedure to follow and I have already filed a complaint with the state!

CVS has a special way of making things needlessly difficult, but I’m stuck using them because of my insurance ??♂️I have a med that can’t be filled any earlier than every 84 days. I go to pick it up and their system shows I last filled it 10/6 even though it was actually in July when I last filled a 12 week supply. They fix that issue, but tell me I can’t pick up the med until the 84th day, which is Saturday. That’s fine, I understand.Today I go to CVS at 2:00 and try to fill the med and it’s not ready. I have to come back in an hour… but you had four days to get it ready. You knew four days ago I was going to pick it up on Saturday. That’s three f’n trips to get one med filled. And the CVS app won’t let mark it to be refilled like it will my other meds, so that’s a minimum of 2 trips to the pharmacy every time I need it filled going forward. What kind of sense does that make? Here’s a tip… When the doctor sends a prescription in… just fill it. Easy peasy! ?? I know pharmacy is complicated, but it ain’t this complicated.

I miss Scott. I used to like this pharmacy a lot. The new pharmacist/ management makes things very inconvenient. At least two times, my medication was overlooked and not refilled after my doctor sent the RX. Things are not nearly as efficient as they used to be. Also, I hope you all change the hours to the original schedule.

Went to pick up a refill prescription. The pharmacy tech huffed when I walked up to the counter. She very rudely asked for my name and birthdate, slammed the prescription down on the counter and was just downright rude. I will moving forward put my prescriptions at another pharmacy. It's sad because I enjoy going to target and picking up my prescriptions there. But this little blonde girl was probably the rudest person I think I have ever encountered at that store

The person at the pickup counter was very rude. Despite of the notification of Rx being ready, it was not. In spite of apologizing, the person shamelessly kept on speaking rudely to me. This is my second aweful experience at this CVS.

In our current world of living and embracing inclusion and mental health understanding, I was shamed in front of my son today by your pharmacist. The medicine that I take is unfortunately categorized with medicines that have been abused, but I have been been on this medicine for 20 years and a customer of CVS for 9 years.I normally frequent another location, and know all its staff by their first name.Due to COVID, I work from home, and I have split having my prescription sent from my fav CVS pharmacy to the MT J location. That said, last month I picked up my prescription a day late. My bottle red April 7th. I forgot the fact that I was busy, and picked up my medicine a day late.I have to already go through the inconvenient and embarrassment of having to visit my doctor every month to receive my prescription, drug screening, and a weird questioare for my insurance.Today, this is what happened.I visited my doctor as normal, which because of our current environment I have every month. My perception fill date said April 7th. I called your pharmacist, and asked if I could have my prescription 1 day early because I am leaving to go out of town tomorrow.Note-My medicine causes rapid heart rate if I do not take it as prescribed. For example, If I do not take it for 3 days and have to start back. The day I start back my heart races for 24 hours. I do Not like that feeling. She very coldly informed me she that I could not pick my prescription tomorrow because I picked it up on the 8th ( a day late last month). She continued to throw out “The DEA does not allow.”Let me stop here, I get my medicine is a controlled medication but when she started using verbiage like that, my 12 year old son heard her and questioned me. I was mortified. She continued to cut me off and treat me like a criminal trying to do something bad.In attempt to more defend myself and character, I drove up to the pharmacy to attempt to show her that my fill date said the 7th and that it was an honest mistake on my part. She was still very cold and non empathetic. She is requiring me to call my doctor to have him ok that she fill my prescription on the fill date on the bottle. MORE PUNISHING HOOPS.I am very embarrassed to have to write this review, but I feel I need to stand up for people such as myself.I know that your pharmacist have a responsibility, but I am still your customer and a patient. In the 20 years that I have been on this medicine, and the 9 years that I have been filling it at CVS, I know every policy that you have regarding this medicine. She either has a almost God complex or is either on a mission to punish those of us who take this medication. My goal of this review is to hopefully get this pharmacist training on mental health empathy, spotting abuse vs being a caring pharmacist, your policies, and how to provide caring customer service to a loyal CVS customer.

I needed a hepatitis B vaccine as well as the Shingles vaccine. The pharmacist Jennifer took her time and was able to get both vaccines covered by Medicare. I am definitely taking all my pharmaceutical needs to get!!!

This place can’t get Anything correct. Since the Manager Scott left to go to the Hendersonville Store.10 days to fill a prescription and they text you and say it’s ready. You arrive and it’s I’m sorry it will be another 30-45 mins. This has happened multiple times to myself and my wife. The employees have an attitude when you state the Facts to them. Find another pharmacy if you like good service.
