Loved our first visit. Helpful and kind staff. Quickly got in a room and was seen. 30 minutes from check in to check out. Transparent pricing. Great with my anxious dog and inquisitive young kids.

I used to bring my dog here for boarding and everytime she went, she came home in terrible condition. She would refuse to eat for days (which is very unlikely of her) and i would also notice that her paws were bloody, and her tail was bruised after every time. she would also be very tired and depressed throughout the days after. ever since i noticed this pattern, i quickly switched to camp bow wow for boarding and she likes it a lot better. i would really like to know why that kept happening to my dog and why its just your place and not other places? i hope no one else’s child has to go through what mine went through.

Countryside is a great vet office! They treat your pets like patients rather than another number. The vets take wonderful care of the pets, making sure they are comfortable and healthy. It is a clean office with staff that are happy to be helping. They always listen to make sure you feel understood and will offer any solutions they can to help your pet.

Had been bringing my dogs here for 10 years and at first this place was great. Not so much now. They're consistantly overbooked and under staffed. The service just keeps getting worse. Appointments are at the least 2 weeks out and at the most inconvenient times available. I also have tried several times to book my pets for boarding but they cannot seem to ever accommodate. They even chastised us for getting vaccinations somewhere else when they could not get us a convenient appointment. I have taken my business and my pets elsewhere.

I carried my dogs there for years and when my GSD Luna had a emergency they turned me down since she didn't go there last year since I was busy moving, wouldn't recommend to anyone!

We got bad news about my fur baby. We will probably lose her in the next few months. The people at Countryside have been great at extending our time with our baby. She will go out without pain.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have lived in Mount Juliet for 30 years and have never had to leave a bad review as I have never had an issues. I remember bringing my dog to your establishment when she was a baby and the building was actually a house that was converted into an animal hospital I don't know if it is because, you've changed management or the location but, I called the other day because, I needed advice about my 16 year old dog Callie. She was very unwell and I called and the young lady asked for my name and my dogs name as well as her symptoms and did not provide any customer service or empathy whatsoever. The only thing she said is yeah our dog hasn't been here in 2 years we aren't accepting any new patients. That has the be the worst case of customer service ever! Not even hey I'm sorry your dog has been feeling her best although we aren't taking new patients here are some other local places that may be of assistance. Oh and I only say this because, if you've actually lived in mount juliet you know at one point in time this was the only place you could take your animal oh how times have changed. Go else where if you can. Whoever is at your front desk in reception is going to push all your customers away if they have not already done so.
