My SUV cut off twice in traffic. The check engine light came on. My nephew suggested that I take it to Christian Brothers Automotive. I'm glad he did. They were honest and told me that my car didn't perform that way when they took it for a test drive. Perhaps it had some bad fuel. I wasn't charged a dime and my vehicle was cleared. Needless to say, I'm a satisfied customer and will go to Christian Brothers Automotive again!

Super nice staff. They were very helpful and honest about my vehicle even though I was unable to get it serviced there due to my warranty. Having a shuttle available was really helpful as well and I will definitely be coming back to them for future services.

I brought my 72 Chevelle here, and they took great care of it. The work they did is quality and they were always professional and treated me well (even when I called them once a day sometimes asking for a status). If you have an older car and are curious how to learn more about how to fix them, they don't just get the job done, but they'll also try to explain to you how they did it. The only negatives I'll say is it took quite awhile to get my car back but I give them a little leeway on that since it is a class car and parts can be hard to find sometimes. Other than that and being a little pricey, I think they did a great job and took great care of my vehicle. I would definitely bring my car back to them and recommend them to friends in family. I want to give a shout out to Jackson too because he was great to work with through the process.

Every time I need service on my vehicle on something I can’t repair myself. They get me in quickly diagnosed the problem and give me solutions. They never try to sell me something I don’t need and they always let me know if things that may need my attention with no pressure. The staff is always friendly no matter who you speak with that includes the shop. The entire shop is always clean. It’s the bathroom the waiting area or the shop itself. The parking lot is very well-maintained. What else can I say other than if you need work this is the place to go go hands-down.

The mechanic(s) did a commendable job diagnosing issues and replacing the parts that were in need of repair. The mechanic seems deeply knowledgeable and experienced. I appreciate Christian Brothers Automotive ranking of issues based on severity and urgency, and I certainly appreciate the images that show me that certain repairs are needed or may need attention. I never felt tremendous pressure to have a repair performed that would be considered more of an optional repair. The integrity and honesty I experienced are consistent with the name of this company, and I will definitely recommend this business to family and friends. Integrity, honesty, and transparency are rare these days, especially in the car repair business, so I hope Christian Brothers Automotive continues to be that standard-bearer for many years to come.

So impressed with this shop! They got me in when they said they would and were extremely efficient. They also went the extra mile to top off my tire pressure and vacuum out the leftover landscape mess I left in my trunk.
I will be a long term customer here!

Have used them for many services and had great service. I last took my truck in for brakes. I got a proposal back for $7k for all kinds of things. I understand upselling and I appreciate them checking things out so we scaled it back to $5k for commercial brakes, a couple filters and a brake line flush. They said it would take a few days to get parts in. Not a problem as I was going out of town the next day so there was no rush. They called that afternoon and said your truck is done! I appreciate the surprisingly speedy service but I didn’t have time to pick it up so I said I’d get it in a few days when I returned. The next day I got several calls throughout the day from them. I called back in the afternoon and they seemed insistent I pay the invoice and they’d hide the keys for me. I didn’t care to do that since it’d be days till I picked it up. He then explained how they get paid off of sales and wanted to get their portion that week. I understand that however it left me with doubt about all the extra things I “needed” to do. Just left a bad taste in my mouth feeling money had overpowered fair honest service. Leaves me wondering if I got the brakes originally quoted since those were several days out on order and then it was suddenly done. Because someone wanted to get paid that week. And if it was rushed, was the quality of work as good? I’d use them again but I’m much more skeptical of the extras I “need” anymore.

I’ve been to a lot of automotive shops over the years. Even worked in an automotive shop as a dispatcher and not one time have I ever come across a shop like Christian Brothers who treat their customers like… family. They go the extra mile to serve their customers. And I am very grateful for their whole team. God bless each and everyone of you.
