I live out of state and have ordered flowers for my mom several times for special occasions now. Lovely flowers and reliable service—it helps that their website is easy to navigate and use, so ordering is simple. Bloom with Grace is now my go-to for local service in Mt. Juliet.

Great delivery and the flowers were fresh and pretty, and the lady on the phone very nice, but I'll post these photos in case it helps you decide. I chose their standard version of "Always Yours" arrangement for 79.95. With delivery and tax, was $100. Left is website photo; right actual flowers.

What is fabulous florist! I explained exactly what I needed for a Saturday birthday party and she delivered exactly what I needed! Canada she told me she would have them ready by noon on Saturday which was perfect. Unfortunately I was late, but she waited and called me service above and beyond.

Called and Lady named Jo answered . I needed custom bouquet made for daughter bday . Also need specific time and day delivery. She communicated everyday till delivered on status and everything was ok and a go. Sent emails, pics after put together and even emailed when delivered . Turned out PERFECT ALL WAY AROUND and daughter loved it and made her day . Thanks to ALL at Claiborne’s . They have 3 new customers for life if up to me .

Claiborne’s went above and beyond when addressing a delivery issue that happened and I wanted to take a moment to just say that mistakes happen, but they truly provided outstanding customer service completely owning and fixing the mistake. THIS is what it’s all about! Absolutely will be ordering from them again and cannot say, “Thank You!” enough. I will add that the flower assortment was also one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen! Thank you Claiborne’s for taking such pride and care in what you do and serving the Mt. Simply wanted to get a price 6 roses and delivery charge...told her it was on West Division Street and she asked me for the full address and I didnt have it yet because all i wanted to do was get a price...i said its half a mile down West Division Street (Which is less than 2 miles from them)and she said I need an Address because people say its half a mile and I told her I would find somebody else if she was gonna let HALF A MILE lose her over a 100.00$ order and basically saying I DON'T BELIEVE YOU...terrible Customer Service...???..."Hey buddy you better not be lying about half a mile cause im only putting 6.65$ in the tank and that may short me 35cents even though im making a KILLING ON THESE 100.00 ROSES!!!!"
