YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP?Nope that's just a way to get Customer in the store so they might buy something else.I couldn't pickup my order nor they canceled it. I was given option to purchase another item and they WILL give me my order with that. Like what? No ?Call and get it confirmed that you Actually can pick up order or if you'll be there just to browse store.

This store has really went down hill , been there about 5 times this month and tried to do business with them . First , be ready to wait !! They have the front check out closed all the time . Two there store isn’t organized, if you pull a slip off the shelf to buy something they may or may not have it ! Third there manager that lets you know he is the only manager Jonathan, could care less about any of these issues. They don’t stock items needed , for other things they sale , example you buy high end receiver good luck finding rca cables or other cables needed . Stores policy should be for the customer , a pleasant, safe , trusting place to shop . Not what makes it’s easier for management ,that’s ends the same way all other big names went out of business. Needless to say I won’t be shopping here anymore Jonathan the manager that could care less . Good luck , I’m personally waiting for a new place to come to town that actually cares.

Very bad customer service. I came into the store after calling and speaking to someone in virtual sales. She told me they price match Office Max/Office Depot’s prices. I went to a nearby store to buy want I needed. They didn’t pricematch. I spoke to the manager and no record of me calling.

We went to look at and possibly purchase a laptop. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, showed us several options to meet our needs, and didn't pressure us as we made our decision. Very happy with the process.

A little disappointed. I had a 5:00 PM appointment today at the electronic geek squad to get a dash cam installed in my Tahoe. The person said that my SD card wouldn’t fit (purchased at the Murfreesboro Best Buy location bc they said I needed that for the appointment today), I said that wasn’t an issue I could return it in the future (just confused on why they made me buy it at the Murfreesboro location to begin with) and get the correct one there. The guy never put in a new one and didn’t give me back my micro SD card. He already left by the time I picked up at 7:00PM. I wasn’t aware the new SD card wasn’t installed until driving away my camera stated it needed an SD card and then at home my incorrect micro SD card isn’t anywhere in my car.I would love a follow up on my issue. Thank you.

If I could give less than one star I would give to Best Buy. I was waiting tv delivery for almost two weeks. Everyday at end of the delivery appointment they give us excuse that they could not deliver or it is on they way. I am really disappointed and they waste my time and I have decided not to shop from them again.

Absolutely garbage employees. Ordered a sora amiibo online the order was ready for pickup and just a couple of hours later they canceled my order to give it to someone else. Will be reporting to corporate.
