Super customer service! Thank you to Dylan and David for their expertise in electronics. Needed to upgrade phone and obtain a smart watch; they where able to get me a upgraded phone, select a watch and lower my month phone contact by $40 a month. They explained every step so that I understood the process. The phone and watch are working great. Thanks guys!

Shopping at Best Buy is a great experience. I always find what I need at excellent prices, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it. I also appreciate the convenience of finding products on their website or in-store, and the quick and efficient checkout process. Having the Best Buy credit card has made my experience even smoother and more rewarding. Worth the Drive to Best Buy
I drove an hour to Best Buy, and it was worth every minute. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I found exactly what I needed. Excellent service and a great shopping experience!

Had a problem with my Galaxy S3 watch and went to Geek Squad for assistance. Not only were they able to solve the problem, they were extremely friendly while doing so. Having the full tech protection on Best Buy purchases has proven to be well worth the cost.

Geek squad is the main reason I frequent the store. Dont really like the Geek squad policy that you can't just walk in and wait in line and talk to someone. Kind of annoying when your barely theough the door and your being asked why your here and sorry even though there's not one person at the Geek squad counter you can't see them you have to make an appointment.
