I called about a very specific set of deep cycle AGM batteries. The guy on the phone told me he had them in stock after clarifying about needing AGM’s. When I got there, they were lead acid. Thank you for wasting my time.

I was out of town and dropped my cellphone, and destroyed the screen. I wasn't going home but on another trip and really needed my phone repaired. I initially went to another business in Nashville because they assured me they had a screen. Two days later, they hadn't got a screen. So, I started looking and calling around and found this business. I couldn't make it through traffic to get to the Nashville location, but their helpful employee called the Mt. Juliet store to see if they had a screen and tech. They did!! I am going to tell you, Seth is the very best at cellphone repairs. I was extremely hesitant, and he told me exactly how he was going to repair my phone and that it would be ready in two hours. When I went back, sure enough, it looked perfect!!. I was so thankful that I found Seth that I'm taking all my cellphone repair work to him when I'm in Nashville. He did tell me that he would be leaving this location to open and manage a store called Ubreak I Fix in Cool Springs, TN. So, I'll be taking all my electronics to Seth in Cool Springs. I have looked for cellphone repair in Charlotte, NC, and several other cities, no one has been as through, understanding, and knowledgeable as Seth. Find this tech, if you need your phone fixed. I was extremely pleased!! Thank you Seth!!

Got my screen replaced on iPhone 13 Pro Max. Ever since my phone goes in and out of SOS, randomly dims and brightens, color is off, has an error message (the tech said not to worry it will go away but hasn’t), and overall function of my phone is delayed. They also put a screen protector on my phone without my knowledge and charged me additional money for it. Looks like I’ll be having to pay again to get it fixed at Apple.Recommend just going straight to Apple for damaged screens and save yourself the issues. Also, make sure they don’t do extra things without asking first.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had a messed up battery on my iPhone 11, and they fixed it and put a new screen protector on it for just under $100. And they got done faster than they said they would. Would highly recommend.

I took my phone here to get the screen replaced. I was assured by TWO DIFFERENT people that they had the right screen for my phone. One guy on the phone the night before I went in and the guy working the next morning that I went in. They told me it would be about 3 hours to be done. An hour later I get a call saying that they actually do not have the right part, but they had ALREADY taken someone else's property apart before physically making sure that it was the correct part. Both screens they ordered supposedly came in defective or broke. Now I am left with a completely unusable phone with nothing but an "I am sorry, mistakes happen." Don't take your phone to these people if you want to have a functional one once they are done with it. Inventory mistakes happen but this isn't the same as saying oops I scanned in that color towel 3 times. If I could I would give this place ZERO stars.

Needed help with a damaged phone. It took the staff all but two minutes to tell me that there was nothing that could be done. They clearly didn't want to spend the time to trouble shoot it. I promptly took the phone down the street, where they fixed it within an hour. Do NOT take your phone here. They are either inept or extremely lazy. Either way...just buy light bulbs.
